Customer service is terrible here. We brought the kiddos after school to get an ice cream- I was excited because we had recently brought a cookie cake from here and earned $5 off to use before august 24th. So we decided to go today, we had 4 ice creams and we were the only guest in the building at the time, I was a little surprised the manager didn’t offer to help the employee. So we waited a bit while she was making our ice cream and then when we went to pay I showed her my coupon, she typed in my number and said she doesn’t see anything but let me go get my manager. He approached, asked for my number and said yup nothing is popping up. I go to show him my app and a coupon that is clearly counting down as we speak and he cuts me off and says yeah I understand but I’m trying to explain there’s nothing in my system so there’s nothing I can do. He then said to call corporate and ask them. Lol so instead of giving me $5 off or a free cone or something, or even just being a pleasant human being he directs me to call corporate. So now I’m leaving a bad review about your horrible customer service. Please go get some much needed coaching and an attitude adjustment.

There are two brothers who own and operate this location and they both make you feel like family as soon as you open the door. We are always greeted immediately and our expectations have been exceeded at every visit. Safer went above and beyond to accommodate my small dog with a special request pup cup. The ice cream is always fresh and creamy and the toppings stay crunchy and do not get soggy. Marc who also works there is passionate about his job and goes the extra mile. He informed me of the grand opening and gave me flyers to share and made sure I knew about the patio area outside and got me to sign up for rewards program and remembers me and my order every time I come in. THIS is what keeps me coming back. OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Marc is a huge gem and asset! The place is super clean with cute sitting areas. My stomach never gets upset after eating here. I have returned 3 times in 1 week...
