If you have been looking for the best and tastiest desserts and a cafe with an European flair you are in the right spot at R&T cafe & bakery. It's a family owned bakery and Tatiana is the best baker in the area! She has a wide selection of delicious mousse cakes, pastries, custom made cakes and most importantly for me, the best sourdough bread I ever had. I come here every 5 days just for her bread alone, but also to get a sweet treat for myself or my family that I know is of high quality best ingredients and hand made. It's always a pleasant visit and Tanya, Rajesh and the girls make sure everyone feels welcomed and right where they need to be. One of my favorite places in DFW, tried every desert and some of my favorites are Nousette and Pistachio raspberry cakes, Pear Vanilla, Peach, Mango and Pear blue cheese tarts and Mango Passionfruit and Raspberry mousses. You have to come and try them for yourself because no words can describe...

I want to start off by saying… I’m not a food critic. Today was my first time going to this place, and I just want to say WOW. When you first walk in, you get to see the cozy and friendly atmosphere the place has. Then you get to see their amazing tarts, mousse cakes and bread. Staff is friendly and always chats with you throughout the entire process.

Now let’s get on to the food, the iced coffee mocha was delicious, it was sweet in a pleasant way. The hot cappuccino was also amazing, comforting and homey. The pear vanilla tart had the perfect amount of pear flavoring to pair with the vanilla. The lemon mousse cake was out of this world, it is the perfect blend of lemon and sweetness. The outer shell of the cake just melts into your tongue and the lemon gel is absolutely wonderful.

Overall, I would come back to this place, the atmosphere, the food, the staff was so friendly that it marked my experience...

I've visited this bakery about 5 times now- I have started stopping here once a week after work! My boyfriend LOVES their sandwiches and begs me to bring one home for him! I have more of a sweet tooth, so I usually get desserts. I've tried the mango and raspberry mousse cakes, the hazelnut cake, and the Dubai chocolate tart. The prices a very reasonable, and you can tell everything is made fresh and with a lot of care and attention to detail! My favorite is the mango mousse cake, which has a crunchy chocolate shell with mousse and DELICIOUS mango filling. I've also tried the iced coffee, which was super yummy. The bakery is beautiful inside and the atmosphere is really nice. The owners and employees are very friendly and I love chatting with them while I'm waiting on my sandwiches.
