I'm a coffee drinker that has had your midnight coffee over 50 times. I know what it tastes like and I enjoy it. With that being said, I ordered me a midnight today 7/31 and I was given your original medium roast. I put cream in it and smelled it and knew immediately without tasting it... I added sugar and then tasted it!!! I told the young lady that served it to me that it was not midnight. The lead or manager rudely told me that it was midnight, that she brewed it for another customer and then offered to brew me another cup. I said yes, she then simply poured me another cup of the same! Like I didn't know that it would take a few minutes to brew another pot of coffee!!!! I don't like being lied to and then offered coffee that I ordered only to rudely give me the same original medium coffee. If your staff isn't happy working there and brewing midnight coffee at 8:30am then they probably shouldn't be working there. She treated me like I was her enemy because I know midnight from original! I'm going to find another location or not buy from your company at all if this is how your staff treats their customer. You all are known for coffee and I don't understand what was so hard for her - the lead with braids and glasses! -if the customer orders a certain type of coffee and pays for it that's what the customer should get! It's not hard! Then on my way out she was rude to another employee and called him a little man! TERRIBLE TO CUSTOMERS...
Read moreI visited this location at 9705 N. May Avenue in The Village at 3pm on Friday, September 3rd, 2021, to order one dozen donuts to go. The young man at the register did not greet me or acknowledge that I was standing at the register until I spoke to him. He was simply staring into space. He had food (crumbs) around his mouth and brought down a box full of donuts from a shelf near the drive-through window, proceeded to remove some, then took a paper towel from over the sink and started wiping the donut frosting inside the box. This was the box that he was going to put my donuts in. He scratched his neck in the middle of doing this with his fingers, which was really gross. When I asked why I was getting a used box and why was he wiping it out with a paper towel, he did not provide an explanation, but just mumbled and stuttered. I declined to purchase donuts from him at that point and will not be visiting Dunkin Donuts anymore. I normally go to Daylight Donuts, which are much tastier. This was only my second visit to a Dunkin Donuts and I only stopped in because Daylight Donuts is closed at 3pm. I worked in two different restaurants when I was young and never ever conducted myself this way in front of customers and never refused to acknowledge a customer standing in front of me. Read moreI recently came to buy 7 donuts and 4 ice coffee and I asked the lady with sugar and cream. then they give them to me plain without sugar and without cream. I think the person in charge was there, and I asked them to please put cream and sugar on it and she replied that the sugar was there and they only gave me 4 units of milk.
there were 2 large ice coffee and 2 small. then I asked again that they put the milk and sugar for me. and the manager answered me very rudely, and then ignored me. After a few seconds of seeing the treatment they were giving me, I asked them to cancel my order.
I didn't understand very well what I was saying to the other employees. he grabbed the bags of donuts and rudely tossed them aside. I went to the register to cancel the order, and immediately the manager rudely asks the one who had taken my order to get out of there, and left me waiting for someone else to come and serve me. I am a very frequent customer of this dunkin' donuts, since it is very close to home.
Now I'll have to go find another dunkin' farther from home.
But the staff, specifically the manager, give a terrible service. They do not have the ethics and professionalism that they should have when serving the client.
