McDonald's — Restaurant in The Village

Extremely rude to delivery drivers. I deliver for UberEats on the side to make extra cash. Late last night I was delivering and got an order for this McDonalds. I’d already delivered from 4 other McDonalds that day with no issues. The instructions made by the restaurant said “if lobby is closed, please use the drive thru”. I went to the lobby, it was closed and locked, though there was an empty cart with a smock on it in the entryway. So per the pick up instructions, I went to the drive thru. When I said I was picking up for Uber, she said “oh, it’s on the stand in the lobby.” I said I had checked and there was nothing there. She assured me it had just been set out. So I got out of line and checked. Nothing. Went to the other door thinking I misunderstood, also locked, no food. I went back to the door with the cart for a third time and still nothing. I got back in the drive thru. No one greeted me at all and after several minutes I went to the window. The girl there told me she would go get it. She was gone for another 6 minutes and another girl came over with the bag. By this point I’ve been there for over 20 minutes. She said “just so you know, our orders get picked up in the lobby”. I tried to tell her about the instructions in the app to go to the drive thru and she cut me off, was very very rude and then slammed the window in my face. Bad customer service! I wanted to enjoy my breakfast before work I went thru the drivethru and asked for 2 sausage bacon and cheese mcgriddles NO EGG and a medium coffee (add creamer and sugar on the side) well I get my order check to see if I have my 2 mcgriddles in the bag and drive off when I get to work I take a bite of my mcgriddle and it was just bacon and cheese....where is the sausage????? So I drive back to the McDonald's and I go inside I tell them what I wanted and told them what I got the 2 girls had their attitude.... So I wait there they give me my mcgriddles but no coffee so I waited there thinking they are bringing it to me... Well no the girl asked me you need something else(with attitude)? I said yeah my coffee she asked me all over again what size I wanted after I just had told her if she could redo my coffee(medium coffee) and just put the creamer and sugar on the side so they gave me my mcgriddles and a small coffee!!!(not what I asked for but OK didn't want to say anything I was done! so I told them thank you didn't get no response no "have a great day" or something and I leave I get to work I open the mcggriddles and guess what now there is sausage but no bacon!!!! Are you kidding me?? I was done I didn't want to drive back AGAIN (for the 3rd time) to get treated the way I did! I will not be back to that place for sure! I expect to get what I want after paying almost $10 for 2 mcgriddles and a coffee that the coffee was not like how I asked...

Friday I go through the drive thru and order my meal with a Large Unsweetened Tea with EXTRA Ice, The Girl hands me my tea with not much ice in the cup I hand her back the cup and say I asked for extra ice, she proceeds to tell me there is enough more, I looked at her with are you really that studio look, when she starts to pour some of the tea out and add a little more ice, Today Sunday Sept 4 I go bak to McDonald's and order my meal with again a Large Unsweetened Ice Tea with EXTRA ICE and I tell the order taker I want a lot of ice..Again I get the same girl who is lazy and doesn't seem to be wanting to work hands me my tea, This time I park my car and go in, pour out some of the tea and add more Ice myself, I wasn't wanting to get out of my car to go in that is way I went there the drive thru, but some of the people working at this McDonald's are plain lazy, stupid and just don't seem to care about working. Then they want a 15 dollar pay rate, if McDonald's raises the pieces of their Meals and other items because they give into giving a teenage first job position a pay of 15 an hour they are stupid themselves, McDonalds food isn't that good, I will be driving to What-a-burger, their burgers are...
