Dear GattiTown Management,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my family and I had today at GattiTown. We purchased three buffets, one of which included a game card, and spent a total of $40. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and cleanliness of the establishment were far below expectations for our first visit.

To begin with, there were only three or four pizzas available, and the salad and pasta bar was in an unacceptable state. Salad and dressing were spilled everywhere, the noodles were dry and appeared to have been sitting out far too long, and the sauce looked like it had been there all day. The overall presentation and freshness of the food were unappetizing, and it simply was not a pleasant environment to enjoy a meal.

After seeing the condition of the buffet, we decided not to eat and requested a refund. However, the manager on duty informed me that a refund could not be issued, and instead offered a game card in replacement. This response is unacceptable. I did not come to your establishment to simply play games; I expected to enjoy a meal with my family.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the entire experience. I strongly urge you to issue a refund for the amount I spent, as we did not consume the food or use the services we paid for. If necessary, I will leave a review to reflect the service and condition of the establishment to ensure future customers are aware of the current state of...

The last person is correct don NOT go at lunchtime. Went yesterday for lunch about 11:30 and the girl asked what types of pizza we liked (not sure why because it was never available) we made our way to the pizza and there were 3 trays of mixed types of pizza (none appetizing or the kind we told her we liked) all odd types like pineapple/pepperoni, hamburger/bacon, and vegetable. Nothing the the majority of people eat or want like just pepperoni, pepperoni/sausage, cheese, supreme etc. All cold like they have the heat tray off. The only thing we could eat was a plate of salad. We were there about 40 mins and nothing (not even our requests at time we entered) was ever added to the pizza bar. A were finishing up about 20 more people filed in and still nothing added to the pizza bar. I'm guessing they expect people to finish up the bad pizza that no one likes before they'll put out more? I was so hopeful it was gonna be good as it was my first time trying it. Because I heard they'll be coming to Walmart stores soon. And walked out with spending $10 for a plate of salad and drink and ONE piece of hard cold pizza. By far the worst pizza restaurant experience in my 52yrs. I thought ci cis was sub par but they're like a NY Pizza parlor experience compared to this... it was absolutely sad for a place that looks so appealing and nice. I'll never be back unfortunately and I'll skip it when it comes to my Walmart...

Update: Management r u serious. I came in on Friday. I walked in and paid and took one look at the lettuce. And said Jesus needs calllin. Then I looked at the salad dressing and seriously folks. I was in shock. Been hear many times, and you won't be if you keep that nasty up. The salad dressing was so dried up that it had a thick coating all away around. Believe me, that's gross . That was not an 11:00 tp 2. That was pulled out of the refrigerator from the day or days before Build up of dried salad dressing all the way around the edges. Had not been stirred at all. Then let's go to the spaghetti I actually came in for. Om, r u serious. That spaghetti noodles had no water. Completely dried up. The spaghetti meat looked the same. Just gross everything. And ya know I ain't gonna eat bulllshit food. Ya think I sat down to eat that crap. Nahhh I turned around and said, "Give me my money back." THEN

I said lord I'm going to 74, ON CLASSEN and NW 74th, get fresh cooked food." Wonderful cheeseburger and excellent fresh crispy bottleneck fries. Excellent customer service!!!

Too bad, Original post below

Original post: I really liked the salad bar very fresh. There are so many things to choose from. The buffet was excellent, and the customer service was excellent. Nice, new, extremely organized, and clean. Seating was plentiful ...

Tried Mr Gattis tonight. Overall excellent and I will be back. If you are comparing with someplace like Rendezvous or Hideaway you will most likely be disappointed. If you compare it to cicis or incredible pizza you will probably be estatic. Family friendly buffet with TVs and game room. They will custom make anything you want, just ask. I was initially a bit skeptic because they only had a few pizza on line but found out that is because they prefer to make them fresh and to spec. Yes you have to wait 10m but the pizza I got was as good as anything from Marcos or All American. Great salad bar. Desserts were similar to Cici but IMHO a bit better. Prices were lower than anywhere I have been lately. I think adult buffet is 12$ and that includes drinks. Staff was friendly and happy. You could tell the kids enjoyed the job, which speaks highly of atmosphere and management. 5 stars.

It is 11:37 a.m. This place opened at 11:00a.m. There is literally NO PIZZA! I asked to speak with a manager and he stated they were understaffed and had a big order to complete. There is about 30 people in here and we are all waiting for pizza to be cooked. This is sickening. Many people in here are on their lunch breaks. After speaking with the cashier at the front she informed us that they had to make a lot of pizzas for John Marshall High School what exactly does that have to do with the dine in customers that have paid to eat here ? The salad bar and pasta bar was stocked and was the only positive thing about this restaurant. Also, no one was tending to the game room. .Take your money elsewhere people. There are plenty better options. I was offered a gift card for my next visit but politely declined as I am not sure I will be back to this establishment.

I wish I could leave a negative star. Worst customer service ever. Ordered and prepaid for pizza online at 4pm l. Husband went to pick it up and sat in drive thru window for 8 minutes and no one came to window. He went inside and they told him it wasn’t paid for and charged him again. I called and spoke with Neil. We were charged for a grubhub order as well as our order. The only solution Neil could come up with was to credit us back in 3-4 days and if not, we could call and go through this ridiculous ordeal again. Asked to speak to general manager, John, and he was too busy to speak with an upset customer. AMAZING customer service. This wasn’t our first disappointment with this restaurant, but it will certainly be our last! I totally recommend skipping this establishment!
