Baciati Gelato — Restaurant in The Woodlands

This place is amazing! The family and I have gone twice since they recently opened and it is so goood! We have tried the pistachio, mango and vanilla. Truly authentic gelato. The owners are the nicest couple and let us sample some flavors. All are good! Our absolute favorite and must try was the Dubai inspired cup. Pistachio gelato, fresh strawberries, mixed in Nutella, topped with their special pistachio sweet sauce and kataifi shavings on top. I wish I took a picture!!Run there...

Talk about amazing customer service. My wife and I walked up and the gentleman was so welcoming. He asked if we ever has popcorn Gelato (wife loves popcorn). He gave us each a sample. He gave use a few more samples and they were all really good. Not only was the Gelato really good, but the gentleman was very kind. An amazing business man. I look forward to our next visit as this place is a must return to destination. How can someone argue with this kind of great product...

We tried the pistachio ice cream with pistachio cream topping, and it was absolutely delicious! The texture was incredibly creamy, and the flavor was rich and satisfying. The place also had the best ambience — cozy, inviting, and perfect for enjoying a treat. The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff.
