Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The night we went there was a live singer performing Spanish music, which we really enjoyed. The Sueno pan de cristal plate was delicious—my favorite part of the meal. We also ordered the Spanish tortilla with potatoes, which was good, with a tasty aioli on the side . My zero-proof mojito was one of the better ones I’ve had — the flavor was on point. The only two disappointments were the timing of the food and the seafood paella. Paella was over-salted and you couldn’t taste any other flavors, including the saffron. We asked if we could replace the mussels with more shrimp (the dish comes with mussels, shrimp, and squid) but were told no. When the paella came out, it was small, in a shallow dish, and had very little seafood. The seafood appeared to have just been cooked separately and then laid on top of the rice — 4 small shrimp, 4 small mussels, and 4 small pieces of squid (for $35). Regarding timing, the dishes were supposed to come out in batches with the paella arriving last, but everything was brought together, and since the tables are pretty tiny, we suddenly had all the food at once and limited space on the table to put it all. That being said, I know the restaurant is new and is probably working out the kinks, which is why we would definitely...

An absolute gem!

I’ve recently become a regular at La Rambla USA, and every visit has been nothing short of incredible. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Their menu offers a unique and eclectic mix of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines, with standout dishes like their flatbreads and bocadillos - the fresh sourdough bread alone is worth the trip!

Their Jamón Cerrano is imported directly from Spain, is absolutely delicious and a must-try. And if you’re looking for something refreshing in this Houston heat, their Sangria is the perfect choice - cool, crisp, and beautifully balanced.

What makes La Rambla even more special are the owners, Santiago and Paola. They’re incredibly kind, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about their food and guests. It shows in everything - from the presentation to the service to the welcoming atmosphere.

The interior design is modern, warm, and inviting - perfect for both casual hangouts and special occasions. They also host fun happy hour events, so definitely check out their website for upcoming specials.

If you go, ask for Santiago and let him know JJ sent you - he’ll take great care of you. Places like this are rare: amazing food, fantastic people, and a wonderful vibe....

Absolutely spectacular experience at La Rambla!

From the moment you walk in, you’re transported to a vibrant corner of Spain the energy, the music, the flavors, everything is on point. The tapas are exquisite each bite is packed with flavor and authenticity. Whether you’re enjoying the classic patatas bravas, the melt in your mouth jamón ibérico, or one of their unique seasonal creations, every dish is crafted with care and flair.

The live music elevates the entire experience. It’s not just background it becomes part of the atmosphere, creating a lively, soulful vibe that makes you want to stay all night. The ambiance is cozy but electric, perfect for a date night, a celebration with friends, or just treating yourself to something unforgettable.

The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can feel it in the service and in the details.

La Rambla is more than a restaurant it’s an experience. Can’t wait to go back! Highly...

La Rambla – Dining Experience Summary La Rambla offers a warm and stylish ambiance that perfectly captures the essence of Spanish dining. The atmosphere is inviting and well-suited for a relaxed evening of tapas and drinks. Service started a bit slow but improved as the night progressed, with Valeria providing friendly and attentive service. The drinks menu included the refreshing El Valenciano, and a robust Espresso served in a charming heart-shaped saucer. The tapas menu offered a diverse array of flavors, from the zesty Octopus Carpaccio and savory Spanish Tortilla to the creamy yet slightly cold Iberico Ham Croquette. Bocado Gallego delivered smoky, spicy notes, while Gamba al Ajillo was bold with lingering heat. The Sueno de Cristal platter stood out for its balanced Jamon on Pan Tumaca. Overall, La Rambla delivers an engaging Spanish dining experience with a warm atmosphere, friendly service, and thoughtfully curated tapas.
