Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The night we went there was a live singer performing Spanish music, which we really enjoyed. The Sueno pan de cristal plate was delicious—my favorite part of the meal. We also ordered the Spanish tortilla with potatoes, which was good, with a tasty aioli on the side . My zero-proof mojito was one of the better ones I’ve had — the flavor was on point. The only two disappointments were the timing of the food and the seafood paella. Regarding timing, the dishes were supposed to come out in batches with the paella arriving last, but everything was brought together, and since the tables are pretty tiny, we suddenly had all the food at once and limited space on the table to put it all. That being said, I know the restaurant is new and is probably working out the kinks, which is why we would definitely...

I’ve recently become a regular at La Rambla USA, and every visit has been nothing short of incredible. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Their menu offers a unique and eclectic mix of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines, with standout dishes like their flatbreads and bocadillos - the fresh sourdough bread alone is worth the trip!
Their Jamón Cerrano is imported directly from Spain, is absolutely delicious and a must-try. And if you’re looking for something refreshing in this Houston heat, their Sangria is the perfect choice - cool, crisp, and beautifully balanced.
What makes La Rambla even more special are the owners, Santiago and Paola. They’re incredibly kind, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about their food and guests. It shows in everything - from the presentation to the service to the welcoming atmosphere.
The interior design is modern, warm, and inviting - perfect for both casual hangouts and special occasions. They also host fun happy hour events, so definitely check out their website for upcoming specials.
If you go, ask for Santiago and let him know JJ sent you - he’ll take great care of you. Places like this are rare: amazing food, fantastic people, and a wonderful vibe....
