The attention is terrible and the supervisor ANGELICA does not know how to solve problems, she does not understand what customer service is and she speaks by moving her shoulders or her face or eyes, demonstrating her annoyance in solving a problem. and she laughs when I explained to her that if they made a mistake in giving me an extra glass, I didn't know they hadn't charged for it and it was better for her to pay for it and obey the cashier who came up in front of my son to tell me to throw the glass away. drink in the trash or I made the payment with the attitude that something had been stolen from him and my son said we didn't pay mommy wow because of her mistake and I told him ok I'm not going to pay for it and he said ok throw it in the trash... the most logical thing and ethical is that if they have already made a mistake, the drink is already in a glass or they have already eaten a meal that they gave an extra example and if this happens by mistake, they should be careful to do their job well and not treat the customer improperly and in front of a child and other customers make such a ridiculous show. Read moreI received two quarter pound cheese burgers on the way back to work. Both were very cold, not even luke warm. That was not the issue. When I called to tell them the manager spent several minutes looking for my ticket even though I told him I needed to get into work. He showed no interest in hearing what the problem was until I forced him to listen. Then he seemed to hang up or just put the phone down without saying a word.
I submitted a complaint to MCD website and indicated I was interested in a response. After two weeks of silence I sent another notice on the MCD website noting I had hear nothing. I received an email saying they were trying to get in touch with me and the number to call. I had received one phone call from that number without a voice mail being left.
I called the number provided three times over two weeks and replied to the email. Each time I let them know the time of day that was best to call me which was between the lunch and dinner hour and never received a reply from any source.
I had never received food in such a poor state before. More importantly I have never seen such a lack of interest in demonstrating customer service before with any company.

I asked for the $3.50 6 piece nuggets bundle, and was charged $3.49+ tax so I questioned the employee at pickup window since I didn’t receive my fries. She didn’t understand what I was saying so she went to get her manager, whom I then asked if I could have my fries, since I paid $3.50 (bundle price) and my receipt even said 6 piece nuggets. She argued with me that I paid only for the nuggets, and said the bundle is more than $3.50 because of tax. I asked again, how it is that I was charged for the bundle and paid that price, since the signs and all menus I can find say it is $3.50 for nuggets and a small fry. Eventually this lady just said I can’t have the fries because it’s not stated on the receipt, even though I asked for the bundle so that would technically be their employees mistake. Also I didn’t even receive any sauces that I had asked for AND WERE ON MY RECEIPT, and my other items were made wrong. I asked for no pickles due to an ALLERGY and they left them on.
