“My recent experience at this establishment was incredibly disappointing due to the appalling behavior of one of your employees. When I made a simple request for ranch with my pizza, the older male employee rudely replied, ‘Yeah, I have ranch. Now you should say, can I have ranch,’ in a condescending and dismissive tone. When I simply asked “is there ranch available?” At times this location does not have ranch, which I understand. His attitude was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.

This kind of behavior not only creates a hostile environment for customers but also reflects poorly on the business as a whole. A simple request should not be met with sarcasm or disrespect. It’s clear this individual either lacks the training or the willingness to provide the basic level of courtesy and professionalism expected in any service role.

I strongly urge management to address this issue. At minimum, this employee needs to undergo thorough retraining, as their behavior is unacceptable. However, given their attitude and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, I believe a stronger course of action, such as replacement, may be necessary to protect the reputation of your business and ensure future customers are treated with respect.

MOD Pizza is always a sure bet for a great tasting BYO pizza for a great price! I'm a huge fan of the Build Your Own pizza option because I love my pizzas unique! Also, for multiple family members, they can each build their own particular pizzas to each of their own likings! Yes, there are many pizza restaurants available in the Woodlands, but, MOD Pizza has the option for you to build your own 10-in pizza. Upon entry, MOD Pizza does offer a menu board of pre-designed pizzas, but, I am a "kitchen sink" kind of a food eater who likes ALOT of random items on my pizza! They offer a vast array of topping options to choose from: Sauce, Meats, cheeses, vegetables, spices and even pineapple. The process is easy and quick: Standard dough base (I think they might also offer a gluten free too?), select white or red sauce, cheese and then add everything you desire on your pizza. From there it is put into a brick oven and boxed & ready to go out the door easily within about 10 minutes. The price for personal BYO Pizza is approximately $10 which is great value and more than enough to satisfy your hunger! I give MOD pizza two very big thumbs up!
