Chiller Bee Frozen Yogurt — Local services in The Woodlands

Pro: Love the self serve frozen yogurt and toppings and being able to pay by weight.

Con: Very disappointed with the customer service today. Came in with a group of kids after school. Our group paid for five large yogurts and comes to Chiller Bee several times per week. I asked the girl at the register for some tap water in a paper cup for my German Shepherd who was sitting outside (we walked to Chiller Bee after school pickup). It’s 90 degrees outside and we walked about 1.5 miles to get there. The girl told me that I could purchase a bottled water and she could pour it into a cup for me but she couldn’t give me tap water.

I didn’t have my wallet with me because I wasn’t expecting to go to Chiller Bee today after school pickup (a mom from the school invited us last minute and paid for my son’s yogurt). I didn’t want to ask the mom to also pay for a bottled water for my dog so we went without any water before the hot walk home. Thought asking for a small cup of tap water was a pretty simple request especially after we paid for five yogurts. Apparently not the case at Chiller Bee. Very poor...

We LOVE Chiller Bee - But my review is on One of your employees who stands out very much!! I believe her name is Brielle. We came in the other night. She opened the door for us as she was taking something out, greeted us with a very friendly smile, and a warm welcome.. I watched her the whole time as we sat and ate our yogurt. She was kind and had a smile for everyone that came up to the counter. I’ve owned four businesses, and I can tell you, she is.GOLD !!! You are very blessed to have a hard-working, very engaged in what she does and very good to the public! She has went all business people dream of having as far as an employee. Obviously, I don’t know what you pay her, but I will tell you this… Give that girl a raise and keep her around!!!! I have never met her before that night, just a very honest review. Mark my words… That girl will own her own business one day and she will do very well at it - but until then… Please please value your good workers.
