I've been 3 times now and I'm a little undecided. The facility is nice and smells good and is clean. The therapists are pretty good, but not as great (not as many cool techniques) as the location I moved here from. One therapist spent only 2 minutes on my neck at the end after telling her I'd like some focus there (because she ran out of time after starting late) and another therapist spent a lot longer on one side of my body than the other. Candace went very deep and I would use her again. My biggest concern and the reason I would cancel my membership if I decide to look elsewhere (besides it being a bit of a drive for me) is they are always at least 5 min late to come out and greet you (last time was 7) and they end at least 5 min early before your time is up to allow for clean up I assume. Add that to the 5 min they give you to undress before your apt and your 60 min massage turns into a 45 min massage. Way too quick to focus on deep issues or full body. They need to maybe allow a few minutes between each person so they don't back up and everyone gets their full time. If you don't take advantage of the free 30 min member appreciation day (making a 75 min massage), it may not be worth it to you. They ask you to be 15 min early, but then you just sit and wait. I don't feel my valuable time is being respected when they are late after I've already been there for 15 min +. That being said, the membership price is pretty good and has some good perks so maybe it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently started experiencing "more than normal" lower back pain. So much so that I decided to do some research and schedule an appointment for my very first professional massage. Elements Message is highly rated with 100+ reviews and still rated almost 5 stars! So I decided to give them a try. And I was not disappointed at all! Not only were the receptionists well informed of services offered and could explain the different massage treatments to me as a first-timer, but they handled booking my appointment so easily over the phone. The pre-appointment text reminder/confirmation is great added touch. Walking into the establish felt very relaxing and warming. I spent a couple minutes filling out new client forms. Within 5 minutes of completing the forms, I was seen by Robyn. She tailored a deep tissue massage that targeted my lower back pain. Her professionalism and warming personality was great and definitely calmed my nerves. I highly recommend her! Walking out of the private room back to the lobby, Robyn and the receptionists noticed my improved walking. Not only will I be returning, but I also signed up for their "wellness program." I apologize for the long review, but Robyn and Elements Massage...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent there recently. Signed up for a 1 hour massage and ended up getting a 45 min massage in total. Wasnāt really a massage, I said I wanted a relaxing massage, but also indicated I had a little pain in my lower back. Whole session was masseuse tailoring to one area in my back and pinching and holding one area. I mentioned how bad this massage was and time allocated for me in a survey they sent to me weeks ago and no one reached out to me. Now that Im posted my review on google Iām sure they will respond and try to make themselves sound better. they are prob using a service to filter their reviews, and only post 5 star reviews. Will never go back here again. Iāve had better massages elsewhere.
Update: owner responded they reached out to me several times just now. This never happened.
Update #2 : the fact the owner is arguing with the customer about the review and denying and not believing the customer when no one reached out, says everything. Hope this helps anyone who is on the fence with going here.
Response from the owner ATM, We reached out to you several times. You never responded. I as the owner reply to every Google and Yelp review and no, we don't have a service that filters...
