Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Thibodaux

I'm only giving one star because I have no choice for zero stars. I placed an online order and received an email stating that my food would be ready by "xtime" upon arriving about 5 minutes after said time, I checked into the online link that was text to me. No one came to the car to tell me anything. Nothing. I walked in and several people passed me and never said a word and no one had gone to my car. I began calling the store while standing there and MULTIPLE people walked past the phone without acknowledging it ringing. I went back to my car again and called again. Finally after being on hold with the music for 6 minutes and 32 seconds someone answers and claims to be a manager. I ask what the process is with curbside pick up and he asked what I meant. I explained that I placed and order and it said it was supposed to be ready by a certain time and we've passed that time. He said that it doesn't account for how busy they are in the restaurant. I counted the tables and there were SEVEN people at tables. My food didn't make it to my car until 47 minutes after my arrival, 40 minutes after I was told it would be done. After spending 200.63 with 28.00 of that being a tip; I am livid. But, shame on me because this is my 2nd horrible experience with them and curbside. Same thing happened in February where it was over a 300.00$ bill and they refused to even let me speak to a manager. When I asked for a manager the host went to get him and I overheard him say "I don't have time for this she has to wait"... Well, Chili's you have officially lost me as a customer all together and what I do have time for is to let anyone willing to listen know what a joke that restaurant has become. They need an entire management overhaul. Absolutely...

We came to Thibodaux after being treated horribly at the door in LaPlace. Although we were seated quickly, 10 minutes later there was still no one around to even take our drink order. The waitress finally comes and asked if we'd been waited on. When we told her no she said she'd just take our whole order. When she brought my Mango tea, the spoon was still in it, and when she realized it she almost fished it out WITH HER HAND. We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer. Most of the chips were so salty you couldn't eat them!! My husband got a bacon burger that, although cooked to his liking, he had to eat with a fork and shovel it because the patty would not stay together. I had chicken Fajita's. When she brought the food, we had no silverware so we had to wait for her to bring our silverware before we could eat. My food had no sour cream or anything else that comes with it. I had to ask for those things. When I asked for it, I had to wait for the waitresses to all sing happy birthday to another Patron before I could get what went to my entree. She was VERY quick, however, to take our payment and the tip that we reluctantly left. There were 3 tables when we got there, none of which she was waiting on so I'm really confused as to what took so long. A couple that came in at the same time that we finally got to order our food got their food at the same time that we got ours!!! Chili's used to be my favorite place to go to eat out for either baby back ribs or fajitas but I guess I'll have to find a place where customer service matters because it doesn't seem to matter anymore...

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. We dined in, 5 top. Ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. We didn't get our drinks for 45 minutes and received our appetizer about an hour later. We asked for limes for our drinks from the bartender and our server and never received them until our neighboring table overheard us asking again and ordered them through their waiter which they received within 10 seconds. My husband's steak was not cooked as ordered, die to the wait for everything (not a full house) he decided not to send it back due to having to wait another hour to get it. My 5 year old son refused to eat his grilled cheese as it was not even melted. Just two slices of cheese slapped onto hot bread. The shrimp for my shrimp tacos were not cooked all the way and I took all my shrimp out and ate just the remainder of what comes on them. This was a second chance as it is. We haven't eaten here for the last 4 years because of previous service and we will NEVER be back. Do not send us free food vouchers as they will sit in my closet just like the previous ones. No excuses for how things were handled tonight. 2 hours we waited for onion petals, 2 orders of boneless wings (came out with the bone), overcooked steak, uncooked grilled cheese and uncooked...
