Starbucks — Restaurant in Thibodaux

To whom it may concern,

This is what I’m going to post on Starbucks in Thibodaux page, but I wanted to share it with corporate office 😀

Shoutout to the amazing team at the Starbucks in Thibodaux, LA! 💚 Y’all consistently have the best customer service. I just left with my first PSL of the season (finally!) and had a truly incredible experience.

I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to tell him how much I appreciate the messages they write on the cups. Those small, kind gestures always make me smile !

After we talked about the “cup messages” I told him the team there is always so friendly and goes the extra Mile so I proposed a fun contest -“vote for your favorite store”. I also asked the manager to contact corporate and share my idea with them - in hopes that they may get all their locations to participate. This would be a great way to build customer base , get locals involved, and show your employees you really appreciate all their hard work . He was so receptive and thanked me for the feedback.

As I was walking back to the car, I wondered how the manager knew my first name. I’m amazed that he looked at the sticker on my cup to find out my name, I was quickly on my way out too! next-level customer service! The manager went above and beyond today.

Inexcusable, my girlfriend and I stopped by to grab a drink for her, note my girlfriend is allergic to dairy products, she orders a peppermint mocha latte with no whip cream and and only soy milk. We usually go to Starbucks quite often and they have always done a great job , but tonight was the worst experience we've had. After our order my girlfriend took a drink from her coffee and it tasted different. She look to check and found that there was whip cream that had been taken of not completely . Instead of taking off the whip cream they should've have remade the drink completely. The barrista at this location need to do a better job. If my girlfriend hadn't noticed it she'd be in hospital. Luckily she only broke out in hivs and has some small...

I placed an order on the app, including a blueberry muffin. Throughout my entire visit, the only words spoken to me by any employee were the result of me asking about my muffin. I was told it was in the oven being heated, but I did not choose that option (I wasn't going to be able to eat it until later so the warming option was pointless). I understand it being busier than normal (it was the first truly cold day here), but I still expect some attempt at customer service.
