Bill's Pizza & Pub North — Restaurant in Third Lake

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! after finally able to order, my husband and i took the kids to the arcade while waiting for food to only come back and see all of our drinks and peanuts have been cleared off the table and taken away. at this point I was thinking we would at least come back to our appetizer that we ordered. Nope! had to ask server if we can get refills and peanuts back. We also asked him where the appetizer was and he said we never ordered it and asked if he should put it in the order now. I just shrugged it off and said yes, but did confirm with my husband, who is also there, that we did indeed in fact order the appetizer we finally get the order of the drinks only for the server to spill the cup of cheese that was for my chili right into my lemonade so I had to get my third refill everyone now had their food and the pizza just came out, but we were still waiting on the appetizer, which was an order of mozzarella sticks. I asked the server if they are coming soon because our boys love them and he said it’ll take two minutes 25 minutes pass we are nearing the end of our meal everybody is getting full and still no signs of the appetizer. The waiter comes by the table I ask for a box and the bill. he brings them out not even mentioning the appetizer so I asked once again and he said let me go check on that for you. At this point the kids were getting restless so I asked my husband to take them to the arcade while I wait for the appetizers. 15 minutes later went by didn’t see the server once so I just paid the bill got up and left.

NOTE: this is not my first time experiencing horrible service at this location. Will never be going back. domino’s is better and...

What are disaster from the wait to paying our bill!!! I feel like no one in this place gives a damn about customer service or enjoying your meal. My husbands family from out of town suggested to meet here for dinner. Our party of 8 or so arrived at 6:30 pm give or take. We weren't seated until a hour or so later...

FINALLY our Waitress shows up and is frazzled... barely got our drink order together! Food order goes in about 8:00 pm... Waitress never shows back up to check or ask if refills are needed. Our food shows up sporadically... 1 person received a side of cheese sauce (no food), 1 person got there salad... etc.

Overall food was terrible! My Italian beef was almost in edible, so tough and chewy I could've made a belt out of it. I ate a few bites, but gave up on it. Everyone else said food was luke warm at best and lacked flavor.

The real punch to the gut was our tab was $215... no discount... no I'm sorry... nothing... cool part is the gratuity was included for $31!!! I get things happen, but WOW!!!

Only upside is my husband won $100 bucks from slots, so our food was basically a freebie... NEVER again will I step foot in this place... A JOKE AT BEST! be leary if they are busy, the table behind us was also very upset and experienced a similar situation...

We've been to this place twice. The first time we found the service to be slow but we weren't in a hurry and the pizza was pretty good so we tried again today. We were seated and it took about 10 mins for someone to come take our drink order, similar to the first time. This was 1-1:30, after the lunch rush. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids. Everyone but me received their food. The waitress said my cheese pizza would be right up when she left everyone else's food. We saw her move to help setup the private dining room for a large party of people along with the other wait staff. She did not return until everyone else at our table was already done eating. At that point, she said she'd check on my pizza. This was already not going well but when she came back, she told us my pizza was never even made. She said she had it on rush order and it would be done soon. Since everyone else was finished and ready to leave, I just cancelled my pizza entirely and we left. We received a couple dollars off the bill to compensate us but it was really bizarre to never have received any food at all. The pizza was good, but the service was not. The waitresses were nice but just not very efficient. I'm not sure if we'll try this...
