Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Thomaston

Stopped with my grandkids and got a couple of excellent Blizzards ! Great friendly service and very friendly ! One of the best DQs I have ever been in ! There is one completely UNFORGIVABLE PROBLEM WITH THIS DAIRY QUEEN ! THEY will not honor online coupons or give points to your DQ online rewards ! I will NEVER be returning to this DAIRY QUEEN again ! I take my grandkids often and was totally surprised when I was told they DID NOT participate in dairy Queen's national application where you could order online and you get points for the stuff you buy I will never be using this dairy Queen again I will be taking my business elsewhere and honestly that's serious I mean every restaurant on the freaking planet except them will accept their online apps and their online points they're just too cheap to buy the equipment to get to do the scans I mean I don't know how expensive it is but it's a cost of doing freaking business I hope you I hope someone else takes over that business and actually does it good I do like the place they do have good food they have always get good service but that's an...

We don't usually order food so much as we get sweet treats and such, but when we do order food the food is always fresh and perfectly made, could work on cleaning tables a little better, our table after asking them to wipe it off was still very sticky so we decided to change it up & get it to go, kinda deters me from wanting to go back tho if it's not clean right after cleaning it, so hopefullyitwas just a one time mistake. And hopefully the food prep area is cleaned better than the tables were, but other than that not a spec of dust anywhere and spotless restaurant overall. Mostly polite customer service (the teens working there are the most respectful to be honest it's ownership who tends to come off as rude) consistency in portions is awesome 👌 always good to get proportionate serving sizes. I really don't understand how the service could be so bad here. If I could give it no stars I would. I mean this is the third time I've come here and ordered a blizzard and when I get to the window I see one sitting off to the side praying that isn't mine. But low and behold it is. I got basically a milkshake instead of a blizzard. So I would rather drive an hour out of my way than ever come back to this establishment if you can even call it that. The people in front of the line may order food and it takes for ever for them to get it and I guess the staff think I'll just make the blizzard now like it'll never melt.
