Big Chic Downtown — Restaurant in Thomaston

I ordered 3x 12 piece tenders and 3 large fries. It came with 3 gallons of sweet tea which i did not need so I only asked for one. Total came to $121. I asked Another employee how much a 12 piece is and he says $24 so they did refund me $22, but this still doesn’t add up. They weren’t helpful at all. Then i asked For cups for the tea and was told it would be a charge per cup?!?! For real??? After spending $100 on 36 chicken tenders and 3 large fries, you can’t give 4 cups so I can drink the gallon of tea you overcharged me for. This is incredulous. Owners, I hope you are listening. This is the kind of stuff that really hurts your business. I’m from Thomaston and rarely get to eat here anymore unless i visit family, so I’m really disappointed in this service. I was Given 6 napkins and the box the chicken came in fell apart...

I went there and got an eight piece with fries. They were out of wings and she said they were out of "FULL" breast. So she gave me.. "Side " breast legs and thighs. I get home the chicken that I did get ,are VERY TINY PIECES, AND SO DRY THAT DUST FLEW OUT WHEN WE TRIED TO EAT IT! The fries tasted like they were 5 days old! The coleslaw was nothing but water! I paid almost 20 dollars for this! And to top it off she didn't give me a receipt! I think cause she knew what she was...

The honey mustard cups were half the size of the ones at the other Big Chic. The fish for the fish sandwich was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out. The Chic Filet was dry and the breading didn't have much flavor. Altogether it was incredibly bland tasting. The best part of the meal was the Half&Half (sweet tea and lemonade). I threw away the rest of it. Won't be eating...
