McDonald's — Restaurant in Thomaston

Britney is the best employee of any restaurant I have ever been to, eaten at, or ordered from…. She needs a raise, bc I know she works her tail off, and always seems so cool and calm and sweet no matter how busy it is…. I’m a nightmare to serve in the drive thru, and my kid is always screaming, while my dogs hang out of the windows to suck in the hamburger-laced air, and she doesn’t even mind when I pay in quarters, nickels, and dimes, and ask for extra sauce…. Britney, you’re a gem!! I guarantee, if they’re serving milkshakes today, it’s because Britney makes it happen…. I wish I could have a Britney in every restaurant I drag my rowdy family to…. Please give her a company car, watch, and a significant raise, before she leaves for a better paying job, bc we want her to feel appreciated, so she can always work at the Thomaston...

Horrible as always. I sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes only had 3 vehicals infrount of me to begin with. When i paid for my food i asked for a recipt the guy at the window said I needed to pull ahead that he would nring the recipt out to me with my food. So i pull ahead and wait another 5 minutes he brings out my food there was no recipt and i was missing the sauce I had asked for so again i wait a couple more minutes while he gors to get my recipt and the sause. FINALLY after a dam 20 or so minute wait for a fish sandwich, and 10 peice chicken nugget i was able to get out of there. I mean seriously omly 3 cars ahead of me and it took bout 20 minuets thats like 5 minutes on each order. Now you would think they would have given me a card or 2 for a free burger or something NOPE not even an appoligy for the long...

Stopped by tonight and had another sub par experience. Started with the curbside app not going through correctly so I had to go inside where I waited for a good 10 min. Then was able to get my curbside order confirmed and placed. Que up some more waiting. Alright, question is why is the shake the first thing to get to the counter? Next question, should you have to check that your order is all in the bag if it took 10 people 20 min to make it? Answer is yes, cause when I got outside I noticed they forgot an item. And yes this is a big deal when its for your 8 year old who's waiting at home. Back in... now good to go right. Wrong, got home and noticed I've only got have the burger I paid for. Dang it the slip even says double quarter, so does the recipient and the email confirmation. Not a Mchappy...
