Subway — Restaurant in Thomasville

By far the worst experience and ever been treated at Subway in 30 plus years. It wasnt so much the food (which wasnt correctly made) but the absolute disrespect towards me but mainly my mother. I thank GOD I stepped outside to take a phone call while my mom finished getting and paying for our order and didnt personally hear the smart remark she made to her because while she's anti-confrontational...... I am not!!!! From the minute we walked in the female worker seemed mad because she had to do her job and make us a couple sandwiches because she was to busy talking to a friend on the phone, which she continued to do the entire time we're trying to put our orders together.. She kept a loud tone in her voice as if we were hard of hearing Im assuming because we were having to talk over her friend on the phone which she clearly thought was rude of us for coming in to get lunch and making her do her job, but, I bit my tounge and ordered my foot long spicy Italian on white then told her the 3 toppings I wanted the exact same as I have for the past 30 years..... Same sandwich same toppings. Then MY phone rang so I did the proper and polite and proper thing to do and stepped outside to take the call while my mom built her sandwich and payed for our order after about 5 minutes she walks out and gets in the truck and immediately says well that was unpleasant to say the very least then proceeds to tell me that after I walked out right before she wraps my sandwich up she reaches over and grabs salad dressing and pours(o it on my sandwich so my mom tells her I didn't want salad dressing. The ladyblooks at my mom and said " he ordered an Italian, thats what comes on an Italian!" First off I been ordering the exact same thing from subway for the better part of 40 years from locations all over the U.S.A. and never has anyone put nor does the menu say it comes with salad dressing on it. Then as the lady (still on the phone with her friend) is making my mom's sandwich she asks for tomatoes and its slices so before she puts it on she asks can she cut the tomatoes up a little and the woman looks her dead in the eyes and gives her this smartass nnnnoopppeeee! If I had been in there, or even known what was going on while I was on the phone with work, and not negectiing my work chatting it up with friends while i should be doing my job..... Correctly!!!!! I wouldn't have payed for either sandwich because she didnt build the sandwich we ordered she built the sandwich she wanted us to havr. What really put me to the point of writing this review besides the disrespect towards my mother who has not a single disrespectful or confrontational cell in her body was when I got home and opened my sandwich I couldn't even eat it because it was so soggy and soft with salad dressing! Rude, nasty, unfriendly, incompetent, and unprofessional husband and wife team. They serve spoiled meat and are putting less and less meat on the sandwiches since we first started eating there. Save your money and a nice eating experience for a restaurant that services quality, good food and respects and appreciates you and your business. The owner should fire them before he looses his business.
