My wife and I have worked in the service industry for 10+ years. We visited today for lunch with our small child. Our server was very hospitable and friendly. Our drinks and food came out quickly and overall I'd say pretty good. The tomato BLT was delicious! Our concern and reason why we will not come back is due to the cleanliness. There is no excuse for running a restaurant that is this grimey. I have literally never seen dirtier high chairs. We used our own baby wipes to attempt at cleaning, within minutes the two wipes were BLACK from the dirt. We sat in the last booth near the restrooms, from that vantage point, EVERY surface was filthy. The kitchen doors were insanely gross, someone had even written "Help" in the door's window. The doors to the restrooms- FILTHY. Years of dirt around the handle and bottom of door from shoes has built up. I had to use the restroom but would not for fear of what I would find inside. I cannot comprehend how the manager or owner does not make the staff clean as sidework. Sitting here right now Brittany is our waitress, we ordered the fried pickles to start and they were super delicious. They are pickle spears not chips and the ranch dressing tasted homemade. For a meal my husband ordered the Bulldog burger with onion rings, he ordered it medium and to our surprise it was cooked perfectly. I had the club sandwich which was amazing perfectly toasted the bacon crispy(not burned or floppy) and the veggies crisp as a side I got chili cheese fries that I couldn’t finish because it was too much (but delicious nonetheless). For my daughter we got the strips and fries, nothing super special I am fairly sure it is the typical frozen strips served in most places. We all had sweet tea which was perfect (we like it sweet sweet sweet) and the best part was our waitress Brittany never let us reach the bottom of the glass. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this place!!! This is probably my third time coming here. Don’t be like me at first and presume it’s just a sandwich spot. This place “got it going on!” The ambience will draw you in! I get B52 vibes every time I dine here. The food is delicious and drinks will definitely do you justice. One thing that stands out about this establishment is the women’s bathroom. It’s a must see…definitely giving powder room vibes. If you ever dine here be sure to check out the women’s rest room for yourself. The service is excellent. The server’s are constantly checking on you, asking if everything is good or if you need anything. They will go out of their way to accommodate a drink request if it’s not on the menu.
