Subway — Restaurant in Thomson

Get ready for the truth. This location weighed out the meat to go on my sub(foot long) which wasn't much meat at all and that was severely disappointing and quickly turned my sub into nothing but lettuce and condiments. The lack of meat isn't the only problem. They like to just throw a sub together any way they see fit... other Subways take pride in the way the sub is made! By the time I got my "sub" home, I found that it was in bad shape. Everything was falling out into the wrapper. When I tried to eat it I my hunger quickly went away because they had gotten so much of some mystery brown stuff all over the wrapper and it STUNK bad!! In the end I ended up throwing away my sub because it was a complete DISASTER. If you want good Subway then goto Washington or Augusta because this place fails every single time I go there and today was my LAST time going to this location! At least the fountain...

Placed a pickup order at 12:36, entered the restaurant at 12:50 and patiently waited for my order to say it was ready at 12:55. Got in the “pickup express” and they started making my order at 1:10. Waited 45 minutes for a mediocre sub, could have been through the line 4 times over. I tipped a dollar on my mobile order when I placed it, and instead of asking for a refund or my tip back I kindly asked for a free drink. Staff was disrespectful, laughed in my face and said “for what” I said “for my wait the order said it was ready 20 minutes ago and I placed it almost 45 minutes ago.” He said “it always says it’s ready but I guess you can get you a lil drink.” Owner needs to have some basic customer service training with staff.
