Went into this location many times and this time around something has changed with the breading of the gizzards. It is not the normal brown chicken breading. I called up to the store and the guy swore that it was the same breading and no other explanation. there’s absolutely no way if you compare the way gizzards look on the normal. The ones I had on yesterday look as if they came from a JJ or Sharks. It was not the brown chicken standard. Unfortunately there is no corporate to reach out to or else I would have done that also. I’ll take the extra drive and go back to the location in Chicago Heights before I do this again. Food cost too much not to have it right or good service to fix it

Ordered a half pound of gizzards for $9.38, I had about six small pieces, asked for soft and they were hard. They messed up my order when they first opened and were supposed to replace it, but I never went back until today. The guy said he would add more to my order. Did I say I got about six pieces? lol..The cup of barbecue sauce was half full but it had pieces of in it like it was already used. For me two strikes and you’re out. I won’t be going back

Trying this place out today. Been going to the one in the Heights for ever. They have daily specials which are good. Busy during lunch at the moment, but the service is good. No complaints.

Regardless of what people think of this location! I feel they are doing quite well in spite of how many are there. I go there quite often and it's always pleasant. I've been a regular customer since It opened and I've seen the growth. I've seen some that they hired (gave a chance) and didn't work out. They ( the owner) were very very nice and humble people every time they were there. The customer service was great as well. Some of the people that come there give them such a hard time even though they explain ti them about how long it takes when dropping a big order. They have some ready but complain that's it not fresh enough and expect a miracle not understanding there's others. But they still come back just to make a fuss to complain. There's always going to be a rough time in any establishment no matter who, what and where they are it's just how it is. We as customer need to learn patience and understanding of things that we are human and prone to mistakes. But once they decide to relocate then people be upset and confused of why they left 😒 😐. When you make it hard for the company.! The Corp decided the faith of its existence. So please please give it a chance 🙏🏾. God Bless you all at that location and the people that come to help inspire them to do well and grow...

Before beginning my review, I would like to offer my heartfelt condolences to the owner for their recent loss. May you and your family find solace and strength in the memories you shared. Moving forward to the Brown's Chicken review, I must commend their consistent top-tier customer service, which has always been exceptional. I frequently order gizzards and liver for my senior citizen mother, and they are always freshly cooked and perfectly seasoned. While we did encounter a small issue once, they promptly corrected it without any delay. Most recently, I tried their Italian beef, and it was truly beefing, & outstanding. The beef was flavorful, baptized in that delicious au jus, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. I highly recommend trying the Italian beef. My only suggestions for improvement would be for them to consider extending their operating hours and potentially offering...

We've been wanting to stop by here for a while and we finally did. I wanted to like the food so bad. Grew up with a Brown's Chicken blocks away and always ate it as a kid. One word: salt!!!!! The food tastes almost like I remember...just unseasoned. That would make a world of difference. Now...I really want them to do well and hope they get better but ya'll have got to do something about the cook. I actually saw him use his gloveless hands to pick up my chicken. I was stunned and immediately told the cashier and they dropped a new order but I have never seen anything like that. I was so excited and to see him do that had me so confused. But they made up for it so I will be back. Just please season the food. Try a little salt on/in everything battered or even salt after frying. It will change the game for ya'll. And train your...
