Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Always great experience... cold beer good service thumbs up on food... wings, street tacos, burgers (believe it or not... great burgers) if a Sox, Blackhawks, Bulls game on raise the volume slightly; Cub fans can go to Northside to watch :-) can use some music... not too loud, but not too low neither; some 70's to 90's music; new stuff guess okay but selective with lyrics... there are children in the building don't forget to tip 20% :-) Rachel behind the bar regardless if she is due or not a bump in pay certainly deserves one and get her some help. She is on top of things. Reason for falling short of 5 stars is the exterior... need a good landscaper to come out and remove the weeds outside. Some of the weeds look like huge plants. Try boxwood bushes, perennials, hostas that if planted accurately survive without too much maintenance. Add some river rock versus mulch with some solar lights. Fortunately, winter is around the corner. Did not have time, but... the weeds were immediately controlled by the next time my wife and I returned back = 5 stars the interior main dining area carpet smells and needs thorough shampoo cleaning one or two times per season or get over to the bar side ... no carpeting 🤭🤭🤭 rest rooms can use some old 70's cleaning... floors, urinals, toilet - get some Ajax or pinesol on them and hut that floor with some fabulous or pinesol. Careful mixing chemicals....

game The 5th time I've tried to tolerate Buffalo Wild Wings after terrible service cold food skinless wings with no sauce and straight up not receiving the correct order three different times I will never go again. I always give a restaurant at least 3 to 4 experiences before I truly judget and this restaurant is poorly managed high turnover rate for waitresses and the managers do not know how to run it properly and efficiently. each time they will offer the $10 complimentary gift certificate but it does not make up for the fact that I waited 45 minutes for a take out order I called in two hours prior. honestly if your going to waste your money here you might as well eat before you go because you will not be fed, if you do it will be garbage as it has been every single time. try bridges in Griffith for quality experience and a place in which you will actually eat while you're there not wait for cold food, or the wrong food altogether. I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. Their manager Nick was frazzled and could not handle high stress nights. Each time he would mother an apology and pull out to go to $10 complimentary certificate, which is there out whenever they do wrong...

5 of us came here today to get lunch, what a mistake it was coming here instead of Bombers down the street. took 30 minutes to get our appetizer out. we asked if the rest of the food was coming anytime soon. Suddenly 2 minutes later it shows up. 3/5 peoples food was COLD. my fries were clearly old and had been made many hours previously and were reheated. the food had obviously been sitting there for 15-20 minutes not being brought out. they took $40 off the bill for some of the food but still gladly took $100 for the the rest of the food. Im not one to blame a server for the kitchens problems but our server was anything but apologetic, she was disinterested and only came over when we were asking someone else about the bill. Again suddenly they hopped too when worried they might be in trouble. Manager never came over. Realistically we should have just paid for the appetizer and drinks and left. Im not someone who will complain about mediocre or even bad service but come on. the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full at this time, no excuse for that type of service. Hopefully customer service can make up some amount of the $100 that they had no...
