Seeing how this restaurant took over my old business location I have to say how the food is since we will be using it as our go to place now for great eats.
Im not much of a burger person so first I tried the fried shrimp. The shrimp are large and juicy with the perfect crunch from the hand batter they do PER order. The batter fries up perfectly then they add a good sprinkle of their lemon salt and pepper seasoning then toss them in a bowl to cover perfectly. They provide a few sauces of your choice to go with. They let me try all the sauces to get a better idea of which ones are the best. I liked the whammy sauce and cocktail the best. The hot sauce was a little to much for me but was good as well.
Onto the chicken strips, again hand battered. The chicken strips are large so be prepared to save for later if you get more than 2. Chicken was fried perfectly and seasoned well. Very juicy chicken. I went for the Honey mustard sauce for dipping. Really good.
I had a bite of a smash burger...very good as well. Angus beef is soo good. 1 patty seams like enough as its a half pound. If you go 2 patties you looking at around a pound of meat.
The guys there are great and will take any feedback that is given to heart. With the soft opening, they are working on getting the kinks out and perfecting the menu. We want them to do well and...

The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the place is wonderfully made, though the bathroom is already falling apart regarding the dispenser.
Now for the bad. First, when opening they asked what would customers would like. The comic store, which will have a 40 players event nearby next week and other large events, requested food that we can eat without a mess. I do not see that reflected in the menu. Second, the phone did not work when they first opened, as another reviewer mentioned. Third, my family drove out to get food only to find that they're still closed 2 hours after their opening time. What's going on?
New issues: 1: In my past two visits, the text for when my food was ready were messed up. The first time, the lady did not confirm the number. 25 minutes later, I have somewhat warm food and floppy fries. The second time, I was texted right as I left, so I turned around and was told "it will be ready soon." Seven minutes later, I got my single patty burger.
Update: Seems the text program was a good idea, but one ditched.
2: The burger's patty is so thin, there are holes in it. McDonald's patties are thicker than that. However, you can still taste it due to the quality. It's just a shame that's what...
Read moreWalked in with my wife and son for dinner. The decor on the walls is very fun with a comic style decor featuring Sir Moo and Captain Cluck, restaurant heros! The staff were great. From when you walk in until the moment you leave it feels like you're amongst friends. Started with softdrinks. We tried their home-made lemonade which was great. Definitely a refresher for the hot day we had. My wife had chicken strips, my son had the "Sir Moo" which was a variation of their smash burger and I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. Chicken came fresh out the fryer and cooked perfectly. Nice crisp on the batter, crunch with the bite and full of flavor. I went medium heat on the Nashville, which for me, was nice enjoyable heat and flavor to it. My wife had plain strips so we can taste the strips on their own and they did not disappoint. They do have sauces which are good as well. They burger may be the best smash burger in that area. Got a weird feeling it may become one of our regular spots 😁. Great job, keep up...
