Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Ordered via app, after 40 minutes tracker tells me my pizza is out the oven. Another 48 minutes go by before it says that my order is on the way. Surprise surprise, it's ice cold, but the fascinating part was how my pizza looked like it had been dropped then mangled by a wild cat. I pickup a slice and it instantly folds over my hand down to my wrist. You can't be serious...Wings were cold and completely chewy, I took 1 bite and felt sick. I went to bed hungry and disgusted as I didn't have the time or resources for anything else. The next day after work I bring in the smashed pizza I received along with the under cooked wings and my receipt. The woman there says she can't refund me because I paid with cash. Does it really matter how I paid? I paid over 40$ excluding tips and didn't even eat the food, I gave it back but didn't receive my money back. She said she will tell her boss about this situation and have him call me so I wrote down all my information yet never received 1 call, email or anything. A few weeks later I call back about this matter and they say it's too late there's nothing...

No pizza place that delivers to where I live so I usually get carryout. Set to pick up from here for a specific time right after I got off work. Got there about 15 min early. Pizza was done right on time. Guys in here were friendly and high energy. Polite, greeted eveyone that walked in and acted like they knew how to have fun with what they were doing, and not like they were bored to tears and didnt want to be there like many places around. Pizza was done exactly on time and unlike most dominoes ive been to in the past, actually put a decent amount of toppings on the pizza. Only three guys working, they were slammed, and still managed to have that positive energy. I was impressed. I got two pizzas, a 16 pc parm bites and a two liter. Pizzas were perfect. The only mistake was that the 16 pc was actually shorted by 5 pieces, but I was so impressed by their demeanor and friendliness that I didnt bother to make an issue of it. Honestly, ive lived in several cities in two different states, and this is the best Dominos...

this place is TRASH!!!!!! i ordered a medium pizza extra cheese and pepperoni, and buffalo wings, my order arrives i pay, tip the driver get inside my place open the box.....its a pineapple pizza, i hate pineapple pizza! i call the place back, they said the driver is on his way back with my pizza, in the mean time i eat the wings, they were cold, some parts are under cooked some burned, the delivery guy comes takes the pizza back but he has no idea where my pizza is, i tell him to go get my pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, he says ok, calls me back 15 minutes later saying well we want to close so we can bring you a pizza or give you your money back...... i wanted the pizza, so he finally arrives at nearly 1.am i get upstairs the pizza it is not hot, and surprise surprise......no extra cheese and pepperoni. the young lady that took my order was rude, the wings were trash, the delivery is bad, and they still couldn't get my order right, oh and guess how it all ends......the pizza sucked!
