Save yourself the trouble, skip this location. This place needs to be shut down, and I didn't want to give one star..

The customer service was extremely poor. When I arrived, the staff didn’t greet me and made me wait while tending to other tasks. When I finally tried to place an order, I was rushed and treated with clear impatience.

After being ignored, I used the mobile app to place a pickup order, only to realize it had gone to the wrong location due to the confusion at the counter. Trying to get a refund was frustrating and involved a long process, including submitting a form and waiting days for a call back.

When I placed a new order at the correct location, the service didn’t improve. The only person genuinely helpful was a Caucasian woman on staff—she was polite and attentive, while the others remained dismissive and rude. One even tossed items into my bag with an attitude when I politely asked for jam.

This store is understaffed, unorganized, and lacks basic customer service. That one helpful employee deserves recognition, but I won’t...

This location was my first and favorite stop at 5am before work everyday for the past few years but has changed alot. The Coffee and Ice Coffee have a wierd smell and taste awful i always ask for extra cream and sugar for the Hot Coffee and its still dark and burned for the ice Coffee Extra cream and Hazelnut Ect.flavor Syrup no sugar and still no good burned. The Indian couple in the mornings at times would argue and you know when they are in a bad mood. The food here is no good and is microwaved I know because I've had ice cold sandwiches here. Those donuts should be given away for free instead of being saved for the next day. I'm disappointed and I'm done with this place The one on Kennedy in Indiana is awesome hope they...

Good evening everyone.how are you all doing? This Dunkin Donuts oh no.let me tell y’all the donuts were super hard. Harder than a rock… then it was donut day so we bought 2 beverages for 2 free donuts. One of the free donuts was supposed to be a chocolate donut with sprinkles. And the second one was going to be a chocolate long john. So when we went to go pickup our order they told us that they didn’t have the chocolate sprinkle donut and if I wanted a long John but they had already gave us the bag with 2 long John’s without making sure that we wanted the chocolate long John.. and lastly the doors were locked to go inside so we couldn’t even see what kind of donuts they have… so I don’t recommend...
