I ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal and my sandwich was not put together correctly. The cheese was hanging off the sandwich just on one side of the fish and there was so much tartar sauce all over all in the box it made my sandwich very soggy so I cannot eat that, the apple pie was old and hard and then the fries had so much salt on it and I cannot eat that either. Because I was not from there, I was traveling there, I had to throw away my food and couldn't get a replacement. When I tried to contact someone I was giving the runaround and no one ever called me back. I was left feeling like no one cares there. The cashier that took my money had an attitude and I left that alone because I thought maybe she was having a bad day. I tried to go inside originally but the doors were locked so I had to go through the drive-thru and there were no signs to say the reason why I have to go through the drive-thru but I did anyway and I regretted it. It was a 1đ back then, and it the same bottĂšm 1đ today. It was lunch time and I was waiting. The line was wrapped around the building and was not moving. It was so ridiculous that I got fed up and just left. I would like to have a positive experience at this location, so I can raise their rating, but not this time. Try again next year.

All I asked was if I could use the restroom to wash my hands prior to ordering my breakfast. The manager who said her name was Maria was unnecessarily hostile and then began to speak to her staff in spanish. This was unnecessary. I decided to go across the street to Wendy's.
I returned to ask for the number to the general manager. I was completely ignored by the rest of the staff that was told.I could not be helped. I had to stand by the front counter for 5 to 7 minutes just to catch Maria's attention once again. One Staff even told me that she didn't speak English.This was after she asked me if she could take my order.
