Chloe has HORRIBLE customer Service and Should not be working at STARBUCKS!
Today On, July 23,2023 around 12:23 pm, I arrived to starbucks located in homewood. I was greeted by a guy who is always friendly when I come. Not to mention I live in homewood and this starbucks is a block away from me! When I arrived to the window it was another lady working and she has been working the drive thru lately, she seems new and has trouble making a Short coffee with 2 sugars light cream my last few visits. I think she is new and understand she might be new to making my drink. I am patient and she seems to be too. While her and the guy was working on my drink CHLOE/KHLOE who was lead management today came to the window and said… “ since we have a hard time getting your drink right we will ask you to go to another location” I was so shocked! I told her I will call corporate! She said “Have fun with that!” I requested a refund which she was hesitant on giving me my money back! I told her if she ask for a cheese burger and they gave her a hamburger how would she feel?? She was so rude! I am waiting from someone from corporate to call me back and follow up regarding this! I live in homewood and Pay taxes! How about you go to a different location or better yet learn how to make the coffee RIGHT MS CHOLE! This is not over until i hear back from...
Read moreThis location deserves less than one star. I went through the drive through this morning with my father and placed our order, which no one responded to. The lady in the window did not ask what my order was before she swiped my card (she was new, apparently and it was her first time on the floor), so I ended up paying for the order behind me. I said that the price for my beverage was incorrect and she was confused, so she refunded me, then reswiped my card for the drink I was supposed to pay for, no manager came to the window to assess the situation, no apologies for the inconvenience, just a "have a good day" and a see ya later attitude. I did not receive the receipts for the refund or the paid beverage. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager who had a snippy attitude and was incredibly disrespectful. Julianna/Guilianna was her name. She argued with me about the training of the employees and again was incredibly disrespectful. She hung up on me, with no good bye no I'm sorry about the inconvenience. Overall, bitchy attitude that should not be seen in the workplace, especially management! Horrible customer service!! Read moreI used to be a tried and true Dunkin girl.. but I’ve been hooked ever since I tried Starbuck’s cold brews.. I frequent this location practically 4/7 days a week (usually before work) Anyone who knows anything, knows that Starbucks employees are worked HARD. They are put through the ringer when it comes to customer service, especially with difficult or rude customers. They maintain kind composure and hospitality, and that is not easy to do (I’m in the restaurant industry- trust me, I know.) I wish I knew all of their names but the ones that I do know and have loved seeing their faces in the window are Aaron- such a people person. Truly makes you feel welcomed- I always find myself just want to sit and chat! Always running that window like a champ. Drea- very sweet, and always helpful. There’s another one but I’m not sure of his name, I believe it also starts with an “A”, but he is incredibly kind and friendly, very quick and remembers the little things!
