I placed an order online before going to work. I paid extra 3.79 to upgrade add a drink and 2 cookies. When placing your online order it gives the option for fountain drinks and bottle. Bottles have pictures there is no price difference when you choose online unless you choose to upgrade to a med or large fountain drink. I go in the store pick my food up and Nick refuses to allow me to get the drink I ordered he said he keyed it as fountain. I ordered it as a bottle. He said he could not call a manager, could not refund me, could not give me the drink I ordered. So we were at an impasse. He tells me aggressively take the drink and I am just going to ban you, of course I am not a thief or a fool. I asked for my money back and he states he cannot because there is no Mgr. I asked him to call the Mgr. I explained he was going to have to do something and if you left him in the store he was empowered to make a decision. He finally gives me my money back and I tell him I'm going to leave a review he said he does not care. I leave call on 8/18 ask for a manager get questioned why do I want one someone named Sheila answers the phone she is nasty. She said that she's aware that the website does not charge more thats not her website and not her problem. I advised its definitely not my issue I did my part sounds like an internal issue. I advised I was going to reach out to the owners she said they won't care and hung up. So while you were my go to store. I will never do business with you again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. I would give zero stars if it were an option service...
Read moreI usually go to this particular restaurant because it is convenient. On my way home I stopped in and Employee A greeted me and took my order. While she was making my sandwiches, Employee B came from the back with Employee A’s cellphone. It had gotten wet. Employee A immediately stopped servicing me to go check on her phone. Employee B came to take over. Employee A began mopping the floor and when she came to complete my order, I had to ask her to change her gloves. Meanwhile Employee B is serving another customer and her long braids were “raking” over the sandwiches on the counter. I know this is long but put on a hair net when you’re around food and change your gloves when you step away from the counter! I was so turned off!
