I genuinely wish I could leave a better review. While I've never been here in-person, we have ordered from here multiple times using both their platform, Slice, as well as using DoorDash. No matter what platform I use, it seems to be impossible for me to receive a correct order. I gave them a handful of tries because the food is genuinely really good, especially the Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks. Naturally, I was stoked when I got a coupon in the mail for free Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks with my order. The first time we attempted to use a coupon ordering through Slice, we were charged regardless (despite attempting to use the "comment" feature to ask if we were able to use a coupon for our order), and on top of it we did not receive any of the dippings sauces we had paid extra for. The second time, we called after we placed our order to ask if we were able to use our coupon, and the person on the phone said we were able to redeem the coupon. However, when our order arrived there were not only were there no Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks, but our sauces were not included, in addition to the dressings for our salads. When we tried to call back and let them know we did not receive our full order, we were told the coupons did not work if you ordered online, even though we had called and been told the breadsticks had been added to our order. On top of this, several sloppy mistakes have been made with my DoorDash orders, which I had given them the benefit of the doubt for given the DoorDash driver may have been responsible as well. I should have known better when the first time I ordered from them on DoorDash they forgot to include my entire pizza, but you live and you learn I guess. What really gets me is that these coupons that allegedly don't work online come with QR codes, so that you can scan them with your phone and be redirected to where the coupons are posted on their website, online of course. Again, the food is great so I wish I didn't feel as though I had to leave a shitty review, but this has happened a few...

Extremely frustrated with this location. I ordered online 2 kids meals. The first kid meal I ordered was for my son. Being an 11 year old boy deciding between a kids meal or an adult meal is often tricky. I thought we got lucky that even though there was NO description of the meal, that there was in fact a picture. So after talking to my son who decided on the meatball sub kids meal, we went ahead with it. The picture showed a full size sandwich. We both figured that it would be filling enough. Then for our second kid's meal my daughter chose the spaghetti with meatballs. It shows that it comes with a side of bread. There is a question on there with a box to check stating "garlic butter". That was the only option to choose. So I assumed it was a selection for the bread, to make it garlic bread. Again there wasn't any other options and nothing labeling what the garlic butter was for. After receiving the food we were very disappointed to find that the meatball sub my son ordered was not in fact like the picture showed. It was not a full sandwich, it was only half. Had we known we would have ordered an adult meal instead. Then my daughter's meal was next. Again disappointment. Her spaghetti had no spaghetti sauce whatsoever. After calling to complain, I was told the picture of the kid's sub was just an example. And as for the spaghetti, it turns out that box that you can check labeled "garlic butter" is an option for a spaghetti sauce, not for the bread like I thought. Places make mistakes all the time, I am not mad at that. I am however, upset that when I explained to them how many things on the sight can be misleading, they did not seem understanding and even came off rude. It is sad that costumer service lately, has been an issue...

Just left Anthonys and was very disappointed. We have came here for years and tonight they messed up our order. We ordered(over the phone) a canoli with pepperoni, sausage and green chili's along with 2 salads and told them we'd go there to eat it. We got there early and decided to eat our salads. Not even a few minutes later they bring out our canoli that my son and I share. I cut it in half and we both start eating but instead of green chili's they put pickled jalapenos. Eewww...so I told them that I asked for green chili's NOT jalapenos and the guy told me they'd remake it. I didn't want to waste it so I told him no we'd go ahead and suck it up and eat it but wanted them to know it was wrong. NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING... While we were eating the family next to us asked us if that canoli had jalapenos and we said yes. He told us that was his order. So I told the lady there and she said yeah, we got the orders mixed up. So now they're remaking his. His family already had their food and were eating and we kind of felt awkward for eating his food in front of him and told him so. He laughed and said he'd do the same if it was him. The people at Anthonys did not apologize to either one of us or discount our meals for their mistake. I hope after I left they at least gave him his meal for free. Poor guy, his family was done and he still hadn't got his. Shame on these couple of employees of Anthonys to not notice that there was no courtesy at all in this situation. Will I go there again? Of course! I just hope they see this and learn to be more thoughtful and...

I decided to treat my parent’s to dinner alls sadly it was not what I expected to say the least. The one with marinara is supposed to be a Chicken Parmesan sandwich, thankfully my dad used silverware because his sandwich was made with breaded chicken wings and the other sandwich was supposed to be a Philly Steak Sub and it was made with hamburger meat and cheese, the most decent thing of our meal was my Alfredo Ravioli’s but they didn’t remember my garlic bread. They did refund my card for the two sandwiches but after 18+ years of going there I’ve decided it’s no longer worth my money. It used to be great food but no longer!

This was once the only pie in area. Now with all the other joints you'd think they'd step their game. Sadly not the case. Pizza was old, sitting around for who knows how long, given that it took 15 minutes to get a slice hard pressed to understand cave aged pie. Staff nice enough but one get the feeling there are too many doing same job or not enough to streamline assembly service. The slice of cheese good and salty, sauce flavor full slight tangy a taste of old fish. The crust hard for sitting out all day and night. The decline of this once great pie is too bad.

The food was good. Service was okay. There was a lot of waiting because no one was watching the front counter. Then they took phone call orders before greeting the in person customer. Ample parking and seating. The alfredo has shredded chicken, not grilled. Very delicious but noting in case that matters to anyone. My kid said the pizza was good, just very greasy. The salad was good, but I wish they served a little more dressing. Overall, good food and good atmosphere, as long as you don't mind waiting for awhile. We went on a weeknight, around 5pm.
