Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

This is a good Carl's Jr location. The staff is very attentive, and friendly.

I will say that the lobby is hardly ever busy if at all, but it does take a while to get your order when you attempt to use the drive thru with 2-3 cars in front of you (all before the box and no other cars through the line to the window). I have been through this a few times and on average it will take you 10-15 mins to get through.

If no one is in the line rough 3-5 min wait.

It is a newer reconstructed site, so I give them benefit of the doubt that they just need to practice, but let's hope that those times go down in the future.

I've recently started coming here for a quick small meal for my "linner" (lunch/dinner). I've never had to wait long going through the drive-thru and my food always tastes clean... So no old grease fries or old chicken. Have not had any burgers yet, don't plan to either. The reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the workers are very helpful but never seem happy, warm, or inviting. I don't expect them to be overly excited about serving me but they speak in a quiet mono tone and I can barely understand what they are telling...
