My review is purely based on my visits that have ONLY happened during the "lunch rush" - the food is good, not great- but a healthier choice than most places- always fresh. The prices are a little high, but it us in the heart of WLV so that makes sense. The reason I have to only give 4 stars us that it is so crowded that (a) there's NO parking, (b) our order always gas something wrong with it, usually just little things, but still & (c) when I ask about the mistakes I get responses from the staff like, "oh sorry- it's just so loud in here that it's hard to hear." I 100% agree that it us quite lots and I don't blame the staff however, it's an ongoing issue and I can't imagine we're the only ones dealing with it- so I just don't understand why it hasn't been fixed or dealt with. Had it only happened once I wouldn't notice- but it legit happens every time we order. We'll keep ordering- like I said, the food IS good and we like healthy & fresh- but I wish they would maybe separate the to-do order area or pick up a bit from the hustle & bustle of the pick up area of the servers for the in house customers.
