Harvest Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

Waited 10 minutes at the table then decided to get our own menus when nobody would acknowledge our existence. Waited another 10 minutes then went in to politely ask if we could get a server to come to our table. the table next to us went in and ordered their own coffee. When their server (the one I asked for a server) delivered the coffee he told the table that guests were coming in and being rude to them - probably referring to me. If you get the server with the man bun I would request another server.

Nice and convenient if staying at the Hyatt. Our first night we didn't feel like going out so just went downstairs. There was only one staff person in front on a Friday afternoon/evening, but not crowded - only one or two tables plus a couple people at the bar. Still the service was ok - you don't expect great from a hotel, so, no complaints there, however after finishing about half my soda I noticed the glass had not been cleaned since the last patron. Harvest Kitchen & Bar is located inside the Hyatt Westin Hotel. We had the Breakfast Buffet with our grandchildren this morning and we were very happy with the selections. The price is $20 for an adult. Children under 5 are free and children pay 1$ for each year of their age (we paid $8.00 for our 8 year old granddaughter).
