Judy's Donuts — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

The service is not what I had expected. The employee rudely threw a bag of cookies toward my friend who didn’t know what was going on and I kindly asked the employee “can I please have two chocolate donut bars” and the man said “No. I’m done” I was very confused on why he said no. When I had not done anything. I didn’t realize someone next to me said “He makes you charge for waters.” I told the man, “I didn’t say that” and the man told me “No. out of you 3 you look the most familiar” and to me this does not make sense because this has never happened to me. I did not say anything about his business at all and the man refuses to serve me as I was apparently blamed for someone’s remark. I apologize to the employee for hearing someone saying he charges for water, but does that give him the right to not serve someone who has not said...

We love this donut shop. We have family that lives nearby, so sadly we aren’t locals but the 3-4x a year we come visit, we never miss an opportunity to create a custom order (sometimes we do two orders a week). They are always more beautiful than my kids could have dreamed up. I’m also far more of a cake donut person than a traditional donut person but this is my only exception. They are delicious! The creative genius doing all the decorating for us at 4 am or some insane hour, is also just so lovely and kind in-person. Donuts are always ready on-time and better...

This place is AWESOME! Not only are the donuts delicious, if you have kids (or even adults) who love Pokemon...This is the place for you. Karen, the baker/owner makes donuts with various Pokemon characters as well as Poke Balls. One of my all time favorites donuts that she makes is the Snicker donut... A glazed chocolate donut with mini Snickers sliced and placed on top. To die for!!! If you get a chance, check it out... so worth the drive from...
