Long time customer. I grew up around the corner and have been going here all my life. I even recommend others to it frequently. That said, I don’t believe I trust this place anymore, and cannot see myself eating there ever again. Last night I placed a to-go order for a bean/cheese/rice burrito. Simple order. I was excited because it had been a while since I got food there and I can’t always afford to eat out. Upon arriving home and biting into the burrito, I very quickly noticed that there was no rice, or at least very little of it. Disappointing, but okay whatever I’ll live. I take a few more bites and it just tasted off. I ended up shining my flashlight, and discovered my burrito was stuffed with FRENCH FRIES!!! FRENCH FRIES?!?! HUH???? How in the world is that okay?? What else are they throwing into their burritos without people knowing?? Absolutely disgusting. Do not eat here, there are plenty of trustworthy mexican restaurants in the area.

Okay option for quick food while you’re on the road, but there are tastier and cheaper Mexican places available literally everywhere. Staff is nice, service and food isn’t there. Parking is a bit chaotic in the lot, indoor and outdoor seating that gets pretty packed. The burrito (wet) was the only decent thing we tried, nachos and tacos were okay. Might need to experiment with the menu.

Worst California Burrito ever. French fries were soggy. Tasted bland. No salt at all. Salsas were all watered down. Overall would not step foot inside with so many good food places all through California. To top it off $17+ for the burrito alone.

Uptight customers with no manners. Handling their dogs and touching the condiments bar. Talking on theor damn phones and vaping.

The food this time was alright. Messed up the 2 burritos ..wrong beans and no avocado after being charged for it.

Told the damn kids taking my order 3 times what i wanted ... was distracted by cell phone and the people calling in both orders.

Again, the worst part was the uncivilized customers with their gawd dang dogs and touching the food. No manners these people. None. Having conversations with the speaker on. Normally I am THAT guy that says something. Just not that particular moment.

So we had 2 burritos without carrots, jalapeños, guacamole, black beans, and nasty, empty, dirty...

I have gone to sea casa pretty my whole life (22 years), and have finally reached my breaking point. This once-beloved establishment has FALLEN-OFF by a SIGNIFICANT margin. The California burrito, once a substantial and well-balanced staple of the sea casa lineup, is now DRIER than the Sahara, contains proportionally LESS MEAT than ever, and is HALF ITS FORMER SIZE. The only reason this restaurant stays in business is the great location, and proximity to THE GOAT: east coast bagels. Replace with ANY burrito chain from San Diego, and show these Westlakeans what REAL...
