i’ve lived in this area since 72, i’ve been going here since they opened and ive never had an experience there like ive had today. london, the girl who seemed to be the manager on duty, never cracked a smile once. she had come to the register to help a girl that seemed to be just learning (who was very nice), london came but never said a word to the customer and turned around and finished making the coffee. i ordered an iced chai and when i got it, it tasted like pure milk so i had asked london if she could put more chai in it, she turned to one of her fellow workers and was talking about me as if i wasn’t there. then asked me if i wanted to drink it down so she could pour more chai in there. so my daughter (who is visiting here from new zealand) asked london is she could just pour it out instead. london was very rude and clearly irritated by us. when i then tasted my drink it was still bad so i left it on the counter and told them to take it back. this was the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my town. it was quite embarrassing because we love coffee bean but are now hesitant to go back. we then to starbucks around the corner, from the moment we walked in they couldn’t be nicer, thanking us for our business. your servers should be...

This location used to be managed great until recently in 2025 that some young new girls started working there in the morning shifts Specially two girls in particular one with braided hair,,, she is rude and disrespectful and argue every time over everything you ask like cream and stuff they don’t know the rules and menus they don’t know the mixes and argue when they are told ,,, absolutely no manners ,,, I have the worst taste from my recent visits that don’t wanna go there anymore They don’t make the drinks as they are asked they make excuses when they are told ,,overcharge because they don’t have proper training,,, very poor management lately This store is running very poorly in the mornings dine one rude worker is the other mornings They don’t make orders as they were asked I have made more than two complaints to corporate that doesn't even have a customer service telephone number ,, because it’s an Asian company across the earth l, as they don’t even care to respond,,, boooo They are so bad that prompted me to call the other location off of Avenida De Los Arboles and complain to the Lady manger Sue who’s a great store keeper The morning staff must go they...

The coffee is a great blend to drink and enjoy anytime of the day.

The Coffee Bean has plenty of seating inside with comfortable padded chairs and bench seats. Inside the decor is darker colors. Brown with gray highlights. A series of pictures of different types of coffee beans and tea leaves. On the opposite side, having a single large picture of two shots of Espresso.

In the spacious outside seating with three tables and extra chairs and end tables surrounding a concrete center piece this place can fit a lot of people.
