We are all human and make mistakes. I just wish this Pizza Hut location would own their mistake verse making excuses. I placed an order by phone two days ago to have pizzas delivered to my daughter's school by 11am today. I get a call from the school around 11:30am letting me know pizza had not arrived. I called the location and was told the delivery was scheduled for 11pm. 🙄 Not sure how that's possible when sign on store says they close at 11pm on Wednesdays. Also don't know of any schools for children open that late at night. Now I'm scrambling to pickup pizzas from this store in-person to drop off before first round of kids leave at 12 noon. I get to the location to pick pizzas up. I have to wait for them to finish cooking, and I was told the online order listed delivery time at 11pm. I had to remind the employee that the order was placed by phone; not online. I couldn't deal with issue at time of pickup because I had hungry kids with empty plates waiting for pizza. When we called later, the Regional Manager, who would not give his name, happened to be onsite. Instead of owning the mistake, he said teachers could have a late night meeting onsite at 11pm. Not sure what teachers are hanging out at a preschool that time of night. Truly disappointed in the service...
Read moreI order pizza once a week online, and I like to keep trying new places, last time I get Pizza Hut, there are way better options in TO.
Driver shows up, I answer the door and he asks me for money, yet we paid online, not huge but that was a first, then he drops both sauces, and pulls a pizza out of the box with a broken seal, also a first, and I wouldn’t have typically been upset but how the heck do you break the seal on that, I should have denied the pizza, next time I will.
Here’s my biggest issue, and please ask yourself this, Would YOU eat food that was delivered to your home with a broken seal? Would you buy the gallon of milk that’s already been opened at the grocery store? I think not...
If you need a 10 pizza, your definitely not gonna get what you paid for, I wouldn’t have paid 5, and with all the fees and surcharges I could have gotten Blaze Pizza or Fresh Brothers and actually enjoyed my meal for a few more bucks.
I’m free for feedback if anyone at PizzaHut wants to provide a better experience for their customers.

Read more$4+ delivery fee to deliver 1 mile away. a service fee so that pizza hut allegedly can afford to do business in the state of California?
Others in the area might allow you to rob them. I know what it costs to make a pie, and I really hope Pizza Hut is forced out of California entirely some day.
You pay your drivers dismally, with lackluster benefits, charge all these fees which doesn't go to the driver or associates. And then we're supposed to tip 20% on the total before any coupons are applied.
How does no one else see that $30 for 8 slices of pizza...
