Burger King — Restaurant in Tiffin

Workers do not understand the logic behind the Berg Pride Card. The card specifically states " Buy any value meal/get the same sandwich free and 10% off all students" -- Therefore, the card is interpreted as buy a whopper meal and get a 2nd whopper sandwich free and 10% off the bill. A few minutes ago, I was frustrated when 3 separate workers (including 2 managers) told me that you do not get the second sandwich free and its only 10% off a value meal. The second manager refuted the first manager saying that you get the second sandwich free and not the 10% off. In total the dispute/ confusion lasted nearly 10 minutes. As being a student who enjoys Burger King and has used the Berg Pride card numerous times over the last three years to receive my free sandwich and discount it was frustrated that the workers would refuse to comprehend the basic logic behind the card. I absolutely cannot believe that BK allows that kind of behavior from their employees in front of costumers! I drove my dad thru the drive- thru at the tiffin location. We were the only ones in line. I paid at the first window. Went to the 2nd window to pick up just 2 whopper jrs. Nothing else. We pull up to the window & the young man at the window is too busy screaming- fighting-cussing & dropping the F-bomb with another employee. They were so busy screaming & fighting that he NEVER even acknowledged that we were there. Apparently- fighting about who spends more time on their damn cell phone at work is more important!! The lady from the first window had to run up & hand our bag out the window to us. Cell phones at the work place shouldn't even be an issue. Be on them at your breaks & lunch! But to fight like that in front of the costumers!! Immature - dumb & unprofessional!!! What's the matter with people these days that they think...

I've been getting drive-thru orders a few times a year since they added Impossible Whoppers. The fries are always crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My kids say these are better than others that tend to be thin and soggy. They accidently gave me bonus chicken fries today. Or maybe it was compensation for having to pull around up front and wait. They forgot our drinks, so I popped inside and picked them up rather than go a long drive-thru wait again. Expect a wait even if you put in a mobile order. It goes faster on your end but not theirs, but this is no different than many other fast food places. Mobile deals are kind of leaning towards group/family orders, but the rewards are of better use in saving on an order.
