Instead of going out on the floor and wiping the tables off, the manager basically said we would have to leave, because no one wiped the tables off yet. This has been a couple weeks ago, I'm determined not to go back. We had already sat down at a table,we were waiting on someone. No one said anything to us,no signs up,it was just my friend and I,a mother and her young daughter. It was late morning,some one including the manager could have had the tables wiped down. I understand their is a pandemic, this is where the manager should pitch in and help out instead of telling us we have to leave. Rude customer service and after repeating my order several times it was still not what I ordered. Read moreTerrible service! They don't sell the products in the front case till 4pm...so they were "out" of apple fritters when there was 3 right there in the case. Then we had 2 sandwich orders that was taking forever, the person behind us got his sandwich and several drive thru orders went out and we still haven't gotten ours. When one of us went up to ask what was taking so long, they were ignored until a second person came up to see what was taking so long, they responded with, "the order never appeared on the screen ".. . How does that even happen?! Then they said they were out of hash browns and asked if we wanted a donut instead. We will never go back...
