Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tiffin

Updated 1-31-2020 Food and Service still great, fountain drink strength now up to par. Now the App has to be addressed. App sometimes overcharges, as prices do not match what's being charged at the store. Sometimes just putting an item in the cart increases the items price above what's listed in the App!!! I have also had the App reject a Favorites order saying that one or items is no longer available only to have the restaurant tell me that everything in the order is available!!! Food and service great, Baja blast was on the weak side, may have been low on syrup. UPDATE: DON'T ORDER FOUNTAIN DRINKS AT THIS LOCATION !!! Talked with my Co-workers and found out they always have...

I love the food at Taco Bell it's great! 🌮 I especially love my Black Bean Chalupa Supreme. ❤️ Unfortunately the Chalupa shell was quite soggy and didn't have quite as much of a crispy texture as it usually does. I still devoured it though. I also love the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme. 😋 Unfortunately, this time, the innards were a little too hot so the tostada shell got soggy and not very crunchy. 😢 So I guess it was a sog-wrap supreme technically speaking but it still tasted good so it was okay! I'd never been to this location before but now I know it isn't my favorite. Food was overall decent but I think I might explore other fast food options next time...

ordered an order through the kiosk inside and waited patiently for it along with whoever else was waiting not a long wait which is fine, wasn't in a hurry but my biggest issue is that when my order was ready the employee who set it out on the counter didn't call my name and didn't greet me, just quite literally tossed the bag onto the counter and said 'here' and walked away. what if there was another customer who was also waiting for an order? there was no name on the bag so it could've been anyone's. I understand if there was a rush but that could've caused major confusion if there was multiple orders...
