Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Tifton

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any Dairy Queen ever. First, we pull in and their “dine in” area is closed. I’m 8 months pregnant and we not only wanted lunch, but needed to use the restroom badly. We go through the drive through, no one is there — no one ahead or behind us yet we wait 20 minutes for our food. We finally get said food from the absolute rudest person I’ve ever seen. We drive off only to realize the chicken strip basket that comes with gravy doesn’t have gravy. They’ve given me some kind of tartar sauce instead. And the ice cream is melted because it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes.

If I could leave less of a star I would. This is the first negative review of anyone I’ve ever left.

Drove through the drive thru ‘cuz I can’t pass one up without stopping for a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. I’ve never been to this location, but was driving through Tifton & couldn’t resist.

The cashier (3333) in the drive thru seemed a bit busy yet still did an admirable job. It took a minute to be waited on, but she was the only employee I could see in the building. She made the order perfectly, even adding a little extra ice cream… or so it looked like!

She was polite at the speaker and the window! Very glad...

I would rate the food but the three employees who stared right past me while I was at the counter and didn't bother to take my order reinforced my decision not to patronize DQ. They continued to take drive through orders and one young lady spent her entire time playing on her phone. I feel badly for this franchise owner because this kind of poor customer service will affect profits and employee pay (for those who bother to offer customer service).
