Quality is the difference here, tortillas made in house, the red and green sauce are made in house, they have everything your typical Mexican has but their food has that freshness to it that separates them from the rest. The woman in the kitchen is a freaking fantastic cook! I had barbacoa tacos, some salad and I overheard another table order flan and omg omg, I did too and it was the best homemade flan from scratch I ever had in my life! Her tortillas, the corn ones, omg, were the delicate paper thin, but still somehow lacey fluffy type and pliable and they piled the meat on and had less cilantro and onions than meat, the salsa was blended and just enough heat to it, but I always add lime and salt to mine...
