Waffle House — Restaurant in Tifton

Ok let’s get to the good stuff:

Was the service great? YES Was the food delicious? YES Was it clean? YES (even the bathrooms were nearly spotless.) Are all of the reviews and near five-star rating accurate? A huge YES!

Amber was our server, she was sweet as can be, cheerful, and very attentive. Adrian(I hope I have the name correct, I do apologize if I don’t) initiated some great conversation about coffee, and shared some tricks to get the most flavor out of coffee at home! Now I’m not going to share them on here, you will just have to go to Waffle House yourself for that education…😁 This is by far the absolute best waffle house we’ve ever been to. Our friend had never been to a waffle house before, and this set the bar pretty high let me tell you. One thing to note is that they do not have turkey sausage or turkey bacon, which I didn’t really expect, but I asked anyway. (long story short, I had an encounter with a tick a few years back and can no longer eat certain types of meat) However, this being said, I was able to leave the meat off of my breakfast combination and it knocked off the price by about $.50. I’m not sure if they do this with all of their meals, but definitely ask because they seem to do what they can to make sure to help you create a breakfast that only has the items you want.

Evverything was excellent except the bacon was burnt which the remade and I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single instead. I was charged for the double. I ordered to go so I didn't know I only got a single but charged for a double. However the staff was very friendly and apologetic and didn't hesitate to recook the bacon. The food was excellent and I had absolutely no regrets in my decision to go to the best late night restaurant ever.... First time I visited this waffle house and looks like it might not be the last being I will be staying in Tift regional with the sis-in-law a few days as she recovers...

After a long night drive and sleeping in the car at a rest area. My family got hungry. I've been to a lot of Waffle Houses in my day but never this one. Some are dirty, unfriendly, and poor service. This one is one of the best. Went with a group of seven and sat right away. Order my drink and it was out right away. Notice them starting to get busy but they always stopped to welcome the new customers. They had tables cleaned off right away for the new customers. Food came out and everyone enjoyed it. She filled my coffee up three times without me asking for some more. Thank you all...
