Pizza barely had any flavor and it was extremely hard to figure out the customization options as the list of ingredients was nowhere to be found. My mom doesn't like certain cheeses and they use more than one type of cheese which is a blend of mozzarella and provolone. But, my mom asked what kind of cheese they used on the pizza and she was told just mozzarella so she ordered a large cheese pizza. My brother and I ordered the white pizza and subbed out the feta for ricotta put chicken, peppers, onions, parm, and garlic. Pizza comes out my mom takes a bite of her pizza and immediately gets upset because she knew the cheese was not just mozzarella. So she goes up to the counter and asks again You only put mozzarella on my pizza right? The worker didn't know however that it was a mixture and said Yes we only put the mozzarella you asked for. He then went to ask his manager about it. He came back and apologized as the manager did know that it was a mixture of cheese. He asked if they could give her anything in replacement she unfortunately said no as she wanted pizza but doesn't like provolone cheese she then later said, " Can I just get sauce They gave it to her. She took the cheese off the pizza and just dipped the bread in the sauce so she could at least have something to eat. My dad went in to pick it up at the Tifton location and was told the order did not come through. He called me and I provided him with the confirmation number, he was ignored by the restaurant staff and I ultimately told him to pick up food from somewhere else. I have tried calling the store no less than 10 times since then and the phone doesn't even ring. I have also filled out a contact form online twice now with no response. I would just like my $38.84 back since I didn't get any food.

On top of that I did the review in their app for their benefit and the manager Michelle reached out to me saying she wanted to make it right by offering me a gift card but still hasn't sent it despite me asking her a few times. Completely they're taking customers for granted and I've stopped going to your pies everywhere now because of Michelle.
