Every employee used to be amazing and on their game with customer service, the potter brothers were amazing! That is why I am so disappointed in Robin the manager now. Every time I go in she is snappy and lacking in any customer service skills. Today at 11:30ish, I came in for two subs, I saw her and just smiled and tried to be polite regardless of the impending doom she gives. Every time she will just scowl and frown at you and talk in an aggressive tone. I would overlook that because I understand the industry regardless of how I find her completely unprofessional in her response. Today however, when trying to put vegetables on the sandwiches, I was making eye contact with the first sandwich and trying to tell her what I wanted, she asked which one meanly. I was thought nothing of this and just made my eye contact with her then very obviously at the one I wanted and said, âthat oneâ. She again angrily asked which one. I pointed with my hand at the sandwich again maintaining my customer service voice and smile and said, âthat one.â She said angrier in a demanding and belittling tone, âWhich one? The one with shredded cheese?!â. At this point I know she is just antagonizing me because she thinks she can. I simply raise my hand in the stop motion and say with a smile and light tone, âI am done.â, I then walk out because I will not give money to this Subway anymore because of the way she has treated people every time I come in and because of today. As I turn and walk away she pips up with, âHave a great day!â In the best customer service Iâve ever herd out of her. I want those reading to keep in mind that I work nothing but customer service so I know how things go and reviews run, but this is just a blatantly aggressive behavior that should never be allowed in customer service it is just plane abusive. It will end up hurting the business if she continues to harass customers like this. I know particularly mountain people up here and I know many will not stand for this behavior. Unfortunate because this Subway used to be a reprieve before she came in. I understand being a manager can be hard, I was one, but get a grip on what you are paid to do. Itâs never acceptable to do this to any...
Read moreArgh. The Tjeras location is always so hit or miss i am no longer going there. Many times i have gotten terrible service, but yesterday was the end. Girl behind the counter, i greeted her, and she ignored me, and was making orders without saying, "hi! Sorry, give me just one minute." I was standing there for a few minutes and I had to ask her what was going on and she said "im making online orders." Like girl just SAY that. You don't ignore people. Obviously this chick hasn't worked very long to understand that if someone is nice, be nice back, because working with the public you aren't going to get that much. Customer service here is about half the time abysmal. Obviously the owner isn't bothering with training in saying "hello" which makes a huge difference. I worked for years in places like this so i go out of my way to be extra nice and leave tips. I have had to walk out twice without food and now i am done. Ill go to the one on Central. Teach basic customer service, and teach the hippie looking kid that its bad form to be cleaning while orders are backed up. he does that often. I have NEVER seen a manager in...
Read moreChloe deserves five stars for her customer service. She was friendly and had a smile the entire time she was helping me and everyone else who came in.
Robin the manager deserves a negative star for her attitude and customer service. With customers ordering their food she was behind the counter complaining about her having to close a store and cut meat and talking bad about employees. When asked for a bag for our salad she was very rude and said this is the only one we have and grabbed the sub bag. My mom said that that wouldnât fit a salad bowl and she grabbed another one and slammed it on the counter and said it probably wonât fit and walked away.
For a manager she was not leading by example. Then during all of this she was training a new employee. Honestly if that were me and I was being trained by her I would not come back.
Again Chloe was amazing and helped my mom and everyone else who came through that door with kindness...
