Wendy's — Restaurant in Tilden Township

Wendy's in Hamburg deserves a negative star for customer service and unsanitary conditions runned by general manager Tony. Ordered food through drive thru on Sunday. As I was eating my fries I found a used green wrapper (looked like a gum wrapper) in my fries box. Disgusting!! I called Wendy's and spoke to general manger Tony, who claimed that finding a wrapper like that is impossible and would never happen. I said it did happen Bc it was in my fries. She was rude and basically implied I was lying Bc no one is allowed to chew gum or anything like that on the line. Well obviously they did. Just like your not suppose to use your cell phone at work but people still do, come on! So, manger Tony asked me if I still had the wrapper. I said its in my trash can at home. She asked if I could bring it in. I explained I was on my way to work and that I would have to drive all the way home pass Wendy's, dig in my trash and drive all the way back. She said it was important so she can review it. But basically seeing if I was lying about having the wrapper. A customer called Wendy's not looking for anything in returned but just to inform the manger that somthing disgusting was found in her fries. And that customer is disrespected and treated as if she is lying. Completely unacceptable and defiantly unsatisfactory conditions to be selling...

ZERO STARS!! We placed a order online due to this locations long wait times. Online we chose to pick up our order inside. When we arrived to do so all the lobby doors were locked (signs all over say "our lobby is OPEN" We than due to downpouring rain pulled up into the line by the front widow to ask what to do to pick up since it seemed outrageous to wait in a line of 15 cars for a order that was paid for a ready to pick up according to out app. The blonde at the window yelled out to get in line to tell them we were there. We tried to explain we wanted to use lobby pick up and she yelled again and than proceeded to slam the window in our face, we than drove around into the line of cars, waited 25 minutes to reach the window again. The food was cold and drinks were not ready and when we mentioned that the signs say the lobby is open (we also watched multiple ppl try to go inside while we were waiting) perhaps they should remove the signs, the womans response was to say "uhh NO bc WE ARE OPEN" and slam the window shut. We were missing a drink so had to wait for her to return to the window and gave attitude. We got home to find they forgot an entire meal as well and we didn't get any...

Hamburg Wendys DO NOT EAT THERE! Not only did they mess our order up TWICE. They took our wrong order back and SERVED IT to the car infront of us AFTER my hands were already in the bag and opened their burger. When we approached the pickup window to get our correct order we called the girl out for giving the food out I had touched. She had nothing to say and closed the window in our faces. When I called the store to ask for the regional managers number the manager on duty asked what happened and when I explained the situation she tried telling me none of it happened and they didn’t give out wrong food or food that had been touched by us. But we WATCHED them take the bag from us walk it to the pick up window and hand it out!! We tried getting a name of the girl who did this (old hag wearing glasses) but she closed the window in our faces without saying a word or trying to deny what happened. But don't worry, we were able to stop the car who's food you gave out after my hands were in it and told them to go get their refund. And contacted the regional...
