Los 3 Burritos #2 — Restaurant in Tinley Park

This Los Burritos is one fantastic find. 😋 👍 As with all of the Los Burritos restaurants, the menu is wide ranging. Just about every option is available for those Mexican dish staples we are all familiar with - tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, and burritos. The menu however isn't limited to the four items I just listed. One standout is the carne asada dinner which never skimps on the amount of steak. 🍽 🥩 👍 Rice and beans, standard with all dinners, always leave me craving for more. 👨‍🍳 👏 Many more options fill the menu including seafood dishes. Dining as a group? Start your festivities with one or more appetizers. As noted by another reviewer, yes even dine in customer have to order at the counter and pick up your meal (on a tray) when it's ready. Service is quick, so the wait is short. ⌛ This location is large with lots of seating room. This place has gone downhill since we started ordering from them 2 years ago. I love my Mexican food ALOT! And order frequently. The female who answers the phone has the worst attitude. Someone should really slap the attitude out of her! 😂 I'm sorry but not sorry! I asked to speak to a manager last week because they didn't fill up my daughters horchata and the female told me they can't fill it up because the lid doesn't fit? Which is dumb because we have had our Horchatas filled to the top previous times. When asked to speak to a manager she told me there's no manager? According to most recent reviews she has a terrible attitude and I'm not sure why she isn't fired yet! 😂 We ordered again today through Uber eats and my instructions for my 3 steak taco dinner was not followed. Which is really sad tbh because the instructions were very simply. Only 1 tortilla per taco. I always like to try places in the local community. I love authentic foods. First time here....I ordered a taco salad w/ground beef and steak tacos.

The taco salad had a lot of veggies on it which I loved. I was disappointed in the taco bowl shell because it was oily and didn't taste fresh. The ground beef flavor was just ok. I didn't taste any onions or cilantro anywhere which helps enhance the flavor. I didn't finish eating this taco bowl. I just threw away.

As for the steak tacos, they were ok. I could taste a little flavor. However, I used a lot of mild sauce to really kick up the taste.

The customer service at the counter was ok. Just didn't get good vibes from her. I guess it wasn't a good day.
