This rating is strictly on the mexican menu offered at this craft brewery. I have my favorite brews (mainly BA stouts); so I was not here specifically for the beer though it was good compliment to the food. This place is a solid 4.4⭐️s!! I started with their chips & salsa which was fresh and hot. The salsa and added pico de gallo was a nice contrast of heat and the coolness of the tomatoes. Their elotes was very good and reminiscent of favorite “street” food in Mexico City. Definitely mix thoroughly so that all the cheese and spices mix evenly with the corn. Lastly, i had their birria and al pastor tacos. The birria meat was velvety like it was pulled cleanly from the bone ala oso buco. The al pastor was very good with a nice char on the pork. Well worth the visit! The staff was also very friendly. A very inviting environment.

Soundgrowler Brewing Company: Great Service, Solid Eats, Pricey Drinks Highlights: Outstanding Service: The attentive service really made your experience enjoyable. El Pastor Tacos: You loved the El Pastor tacos, especially the kick of spice. Soft Corn Tortillas: Fresh corn tortillas are a big plus for taco lovers. Points to Consider: Limited Cider Selection: Unfortunately, they were out of cider on tap and in cans. Pricey Margarita: The $14 margarita might be a turnoff for some. Overall: Soundgrowler Brewing Company seems like a good spot for a casual meal and good service. While the cider shortage and pricey margarita bring it down a notch, the delicious El Pastor tacos and friendly service make up for it.

For my personal preference I give 5 stars for the Vegan Tacos, Customer Service, and Cleanliness of the Restaurant. My concern is if they are aware that some of the frequency music they are playing is summoning dark spirits. Lightworkers you may feel more comfortable ordering Togo and wear some pods with your frequencies and a hood to cover your crown. I was uncomfortable I felt as if I didn’t belong and that makes sense. Dark spirits does not like the Light. I enjoyed the tacos, the beans was watery and flavorless, the chips and salsa I would give 1 out of 5 stars Would I come back or recommend? If you are of the light NO If you are of the Dark YES it’s your playground.

Only there 10 minutes when approached with ignorance from a staff member, who come to find out later was the manager. A member of our group asked if they had tasting flights and was told we're not doing that. I asked for more beer menu's as there were 2 on the table and we had 8 in our group. I was told no 2 is enough and that they will cut us off for being over served. That caught me off guard since we just arrived there and hadn't even ordered our first beer (some of us hadn't even seen the menu)?

I'm giving a 1 star rating based on the out of the gate aggressive attitude our group received from the only staff member we encountered, a manager and told we would not be served. When I go to a place to spend money as a customer I expect to be meet with respect and treated accordingly. Since no one in my party was intoxicated I can merely come to the conclusion that a fun group laughing and being loud at a brewing co is some how not acceptable there.

Note: After writing this about our experience I was told the bartenders are trained and said we were over served. They stand by their decision and that was it. Here they say the rating is unfair.

I gave a well deserved 1 star rating based on my groups UNFAIR treatment in their establishment. Their behavior is what was damaging and that of those who do not respect or appreciate their customers.

First and foremost as a paying customer walking into a business I should be treated with respect. Not one person in our group was rude to any staff member to provoke such behavior. I should not be meet with aggressive and ignorant behavior from a staff member let alone a manager.

At no time in the 10 minutes we were there did any staff member at this establishment extend any courtesy to any member of our group to speak to them cordially and identify their suspicion or concerns about any other members behavior of the group.

Bottom line they made false accusations. When a member called to speak to a manager immediately after we left, he stated many reasons for their assumption however they did not apply to our group. In fact it applied to the group who had just switched from the table we took when walking in. This group had a visibly intoxicated girl with them, as multiple friends of hers assisted her every move. She even stumbled back to our table because she had left something behind. We were cordial to her and her group.

At no time did the manager or owner acknowledge their mistake or apologies for the miss understanding. The manager was insistent there was no mistake. As on here and elsewhere there was no benefit of the doubt extended. NO interactions with anyone from this business included a resolution, promise of a better experience or incentive for any of us to consider being a customer.

As someone in a career which focuses on the customer's experience and retention this establishment has a lot to learn as a business. Although I do applaud the responsibility the business takes by educating their bartenders, establishing that someone is over served takes attention to detail. When an intoxicated customers movement throughout your facility to another table causes staff to aggressively approach and refuse service to a NEW group that occupies the other groups old table, I think we can agree that their is a degree of negligence on the...

The beer was mediocre and the service was subpar. There were easily 5 people working behind the bar when my partner and I sat down. One of the workers came over and acknowledged us (I guess, it was hard to tell since she avoided eye contact and wasn't engaging). We each ordered a beer and asked if we could also order food from her or if we had to go to the register. She said yes but was more concerned about getting the card to hold for the tab. We got our beers, drank our beers, FINISHED our beers. The worker who helped us hadn't come back even once in the 30 minutes to check on us. Someone else grabbed our empties without even asking if we wanted something else. After another 10 minutes the worker came back and finally asked us if we wanted more beer, we said no and to just close it out. We went planning on ordering food because we had heard such good things but after the terrible service we left and ate somewhere else. We won't be returning. This was our third visit and every time...
