Since under new management I ordered from the store last night. I ordered the bacon jalapeño cheesy bread and instead of bacon, i got pineapple jalapeno cheesy bread. I called the store an hour after I placed my order to be told that my delivery had not even left the store yet and the driver was leaving now. Apparently according to the person who answered the phone it gets busy at 10:00pm. Ok. Cool. When I call back to tell them that my food was cold and wrong the guy told me "Call back tomorrow and I'll make sure your cheesy bread is right." I told him I don't want to call back tomorrow. After a few minutes of going back and forth he said the manager will be in tomorrow and he'll call uou when I asked for a refund, because now it's 11:45pm. I never got a call from the manager. I called the store 3 times and on the third time I was told the guy I was speakng to is the assistant manager and the other assistant manager in the store is from another store and " I don't know his name...." When I was inquiring about a refund I was told "No We cant do that because once the credit card machine is run at the end of the night you can't get your money back." Which is the craziest thing I have ever heard of seeing as I worked in the restaurant industry for years. I was also told the GM will call me back and have not heard from them. I have also left two complaints with corporate and have not received a response and it has been well over two weeks since this has happened if you are looking for a company to lie to you, not refund your money when they are at fault, and are clearly trying to avoid you to avoid any wrong doing when they make your order wrong, then by all means go...

I got an carry out Philly steak Pizza it was so fresh he made sure I had enough cheese on my pizza. He really took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, I know that he is new, but his customer service skills were amazing.. Hope they truly recognize this gem!! I ordered around 11 something and picked my pizza up around 11:49 p.m on April 17 ,2023.. Great Job and shot out to the new management of this location ..😊

I came in ordered the same pizza from above 👆4/28/2023 around 9 something 10 , I came across a very special and beautiful soul Helen, that came to helped out at the store originally from Secaucus. ... She truly hooked my pizza up, when i say everything was perfection from the amount of cheese, just enough steak, and crust bursting with flavor from the garlic butter. Hands down she may have been the best yet far. She was super kind , friendly, and attentive and even inform me of specials that were coming. I am very appreciative , to have had her serve me because she did just that... I will be back tomorrow, thanks...
Read moreTerrible experience!! I am in from out of town and googled "pizza places in Tinton Falls" Up pops Domino's so I call and ask, "Do you deliver to the Courtyard Marriott in Tinton Falls? The girl says yes, takes my order and tells me it'll be 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later same girl calls me back and says our driver is knocking on your door and no one is there. I tell them I'm in my room and she transfers me to the drivers cell. He tells me he called the Courtyard and there isn't anyone in my room. I again tell him I'm sitting here and he says, well ok I guess i'll drive over there it'll be 15-20 minutes and I need you to go wait for him in the lobby. I call the main number back and ask what is going on and they ask if I'm in the courtyard in Monmouth. I said, no, I'm at the courtyard in Tinton Falls. They then tell me I told them the wrong address and I said you never asked me for an address, I told you the Courtyard in Tinton Falls. Then the manager Brittany went on to tell me I should have known that they don't deliver to the Tinton Falls Marriott only the Monmouth. I asked how I would have known that being from out of town and after I asked specifically if they delivered to my hotel. She said, I don't know and hung up on me. They are rude and they suck...
