Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tinton Falls

Only leaving a review because this location needs serious improvement. I would have given up on this Dunkin a long time ago if it wasn't the most conveniently-located one on my way to work. They frequently confuse orders (iced instead of hot, sometimes the wrong item completely) or sometimes don't make an item at all. This morning I ordered the new mini pancakes along with the hashbrowns. I got two orders of hashbrowns, no pancakes. I never have time to say anything while I'm at the store or change my order because I'm picking up a to-go order and then driving to work. I get Dunkin every morning, as a truck driver I go all over the state and this was probably My worst experience. Placed a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes for one single iced coffee. It was not busy, I had multiple employees come up and ask what I was waiting for and instead of making it 3 of them hung out with each other for 10 minutes doing nothing else. The manager kept watching me stand there and said nothing, did nothing, just kept eyeing me as if I was doing something wrong. They then tried giving me an iced tea for “Renee”. I come to this Dunkin every day on the way to work. I get the same sandwich every day. In the past 3 months, my order has been completely wrong 2 times. The average is still very good, and I am very pleased with the drive-thru staff day after day, even if there is a mix up. I purposely pass by about 4 other DD's to come to this one.

The only other statement I have is I get the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich every day. The menu lists it as having white cheddar cheese, and maybe once a week it will have American cheese. But all-in-all, I'm happy with...
