If so could give 0 Stars I would. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT. It’s pouring rain, I have two screaming toddlers with me. I just waited in line for 13 minutes. I ACCIDENTALLY passed the order booth because I have 2 screaming kids with me, who would do that on purpose. I get all the way to the window, explained to the guy that I accidentally passed the order booth. He then tells me, “no sorry you can’t order if you passed it.” Are you serious, you didn’t even ask what I wanted. I then said (I should not have cursed but I did because I was SO LIVID. I am sorry for that), “are you f*g kidding me?” He replied, “yea.” I asked for his name and the two man laughing behind him because I was calling corporate which he then QUICKLY changed up his attitude by saying, well you didn’t let me finish.” No, you were absolutely finish. Anyway the donuts they gave me were horrendous, it looks like they were shoved in a microwave before they gave it to me, I have pictures, and they shorted me on the munchkins but charged me for the amount I ordered. All of this while they were laughing at me and talking about me in Spanish. I know this because they were staring at me and giving me head nods. I’m sorry, if the tables were turned and I was talking about you in a language you didn’t understand everyone would be up in arms. I’m disgusted and offended. I’ve called corporate. If you don’t know how to handle customer service then you SHOULD NOT BE working in area where you have to talk to people. Read moreI am a regular at this location...I always order ahead so they have extra time and so I can at least get extra points on Mondays. They know me and my truck so that's pretty cool...clearly means I go too much. For the most part they get the order correct...on occasion I'll get someone else's order or the drink is wrong. I feel that drinks are rushed and the amount of flavoring or sweetener isn't pumped correctly...there's a number of times it just tastes burnt and wildly bitter so I have to add more sweetener or something to cut that flavor. I generally get wake up wraps as I just eat them on my way to work in the morning. I really don't need them "asap" I'd wait if it means the bacon is cooked a little bit more and the tortilla has crisp edges. Otherwise whoever I've dealt with there is very nice and pleasant and I'm glad they got themselves together to make the drive thru line go faster as they struggled for a brief time. Generally if something is wrong I just eat it or drink it. The only time I will actually go back to fix it is if it's accidentally coconut or peach flavor which I understand mistakes happen so I don't make a big thing over it. Read moreI recently went there during my work hours to get myself and a coworker coffee, the staff was very slow and didn't seem to listen to my order. When they gave me my drink it was wrong and I asked someone to fix it for me and they still got it wrong. Hoping they would get it right the third time I still received a drink I did not order. This dunkin donuts always seems to mess up my order every time I go there. The staff does not listen to you and majority of them are not very friendly.
